I highly recommend Shane for anyone in need of quick, reliable plumbing service. I’ve used their services multiple times, and each time they’ve diagnosed the issue quickly, and completed the job efficiently. It’s clear he takes pride in his work - everything was done to a high standard, and they left the workspace clean and tidy. It’s not easy to find a plumber you can trust, but I’m glad I found this one!

Shane & Jamie have attended my premises following a leak detection and repair. These two guys are top notch and I cannot praise them highly enough. Highly recommend. I found out we had a leak earlier this week and found Premium Plumbing and leak detection online - I called and they were at my property on the same day and stopped the leak. The leak was repaired quickly and I was amazed by how little destruction was caused to the house in the process. The issue was found and resolved within hours and you wouldn’t be able to tell anything had happened now. Shane & Jamie came round to fix a leak in a pipe to my hot water tank & managed to find 3 more! They explained what they were going to be doing to repair all four and did so quickly and efficiently. They are clearly very knowledgeable in their work and did a great job! I highly recommend!

So happy with Martin and Luke who have been our plumbers for the last 12 years. They’ve installed 4 bathrooms for us now (in our previous and current home), as well as improvements to our heating and hot water, including radiator pressure wash and installing a mega-flow for high pressure hot water. They are always lovely to have around, friendly and hard working. They recently renovated our ensuite, as well as installing the new bathroom suite, they removed the old, and when they found the old shower had been leaking for the last 20 years and started to rot the floor joists they fixed all this before installing the new bathroom. They also did the tiling and installed an electric heated floor mat which was screed in before the vinyl floor went down. We were so happy with the job, the finish is excellent and they went above and beyond fixing problems they found along the way.

Martin turned up on time as he said he would and fixed the problem that I had with the cistern constantly filling up. He saved my water bill very grateful to him coming so quickly. Will def use them again.

My Dad who is elderly and disabled called out these guys to look at control bar in his shower recently...amazing quick and responsive service. Dad was happy. A couple of weeks after had to get Luke out again to check something as surrounding flat had a leak....they were trying to blame Dad!...Luke came out within half an hour and checked everything over...finding no problems at Dad's. Am REALLY grateful for there professional approach and kindness towards my Dad. Really nice guy...and so lovely with Dad would recommend 100%

My IDEAL ICOS boiler was making a funny noise so I found Stuart on Google and asked for a service. He came that day, identified the issue and went above and beyond the standard service to solve it. Really professional and a genuinely nice guy. Highly recommend!

Excellent service on such short notice!! We had a leak from under the bathroom sink at half 8 on a Saturday night from a push fit joint on a hot water pipe!! Herts 24/7 plumbing attended within 20/25 mins and had the issue fixed within 1 hour of my initial call!! Out of Hours cost was reasonable compared to other plumbers. Good advice given and he was friendly and knowledgeable!! Thank you so much - we will definitely call on you again for plumbing services!

Tom has been servicing our boiler/water tank for several years now and was our first choice when we were looking to renovate both our bathrooms. He has single handedly transformed them into bright/modern spaces with minimal disruption. He was very helpful with his advice as to what sanitary ware/tiles would be suitable and spent the time understanding in detail what we wanted from each renovation. A friend recommended Tom and I’m so glad she did. I absolutely love my new bathroom! Tom is really hard working, he’s very clean and tidy and always turned up when he said he would. Even after the bathroom was finished, we decided we’d like an extra wall unit, Tom ordered it and came to install it. I would 100% recommend Tom.

Tom did a great job for us, fixing a leaking shower pump, leaking toilet cistern and faulty mixer taps. Great communication and honest quote before the job. His workmanship is second to none and from the initial planning/quote to the fitting he was completely honest and transparent throughout - checking in with us throughout the three weeks to ensure we were happy with his suggestions. The niches were Tom’s idea - we would never have thought what he achieved was possible. Polite and courteous throughout, he pays excellent attention to detail and treats your house as if it is his own. Refreshing to have a tradesman that doesn’t swear every five minutes! In fact, there was no dodgy language even when the structure of the building and existing pipework etc threw in numerous curve balls. I have added some before and after photos which speak for themselves 😊 Will be getting Tom back for the en-suite next year!

Andy came out almost immediately after I called in a total mess with our broken tap. I was in a huge panic, water everywhere! He talked me through some steps on the phone and then when he arrived, was reassuring, calm, and funny. Would 💯 recommend him for other jobs!

We were refurbishing the downstairs of our house, which involved installing a new boiler in a different room, new plumbing for relocated sinks and toilet, relocated gas supply, redesigned heating system as well as installing a new water softener. Steve is very personable and provided excellent advice on boilers, central heating system, water softeners, water pressure and all aspects of the work required. Once we had agreed a plan Steve and his team provided a first class installation in a timely manner for a competitive price. We have no hesitation in using Peacocks as our go to plumbing contractor.

Excellent service. I needed to replace 2 taps on a sink. My call was promptly answered, I got a same day appointment, the chap was polite and professional, the replacement taps were almost identical to the originals, the work didn't take long to do, and the bill was reasonable. Beyond any expectations, Powered Heating were a joy to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. Came out at night within 20 minutes, and walked into a difficult emergency situation and resolved it. Excellent work, plus honest and kind to elderly people. I cannot recommend highly enough. Also did not take advantage of an elderly person financially, we got excellent rates and value for money.

When you don’t have a huge understanding regarding a technical issue in your home you look for someone who gives you confidence in their ability. Kareem, Right Plumbing Ltd, was a super young man and did just that. We needed our “rather mature” Potterton serviced, he was very thorough and walked us through the process. Then provided a certificate to confirm the service had been completed. We were very impressed with his manner and his skill - thank you Raheem.
