Was offered a same day fix, opted for the following day. Jamie arrived at the expected time and was transparent and informative about my options. I have had a couple of plumbers do previous jobs for me in London in the past, and I have to say Homecure Plumbers are among the best I’ve come across so far. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish. Booking the job was really easy, I spoke with Shelley who took my booking and it was very efficient and professional. Sasha, who came to fix our central heating issue, was fantastic. It was clear that he had a great understanding of our heating system and had everything running like new once a diverter thing was changed. Experience was easy and stress free I wholeheartedly recommend Homecure and Sasha for anyone in need of plumbing work in London.

My boiler broke this morning. I phoned Homecure who had an engineer available same day. They phoned back shortly later to say he'd be a bit earlier than scheduled, and in the end arrived within about half an hour of me calling them (which was great for me). Jamie was friendly and seemed to know what he was doing. He tried really hard to get the boiler working without needing an expensive new part (and explained what he was doing so I felt confident he was doing the right thing). Unfortunately, my boiler did need the expensive new part, which he sourced locally and got my boiler working again by lunchtime.

Was very impressed with the service provided by Homecure Plumbers. The emergency booking was made easily and Kevin's approach to handling the plumbing emergency at my elderly mother's home was completely professional. He patiently explained what needed doing, provided pictures, sourced parts needed and left everything very neat and tidy. Great job!

Josh was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. We called for a boiler service, radiator repair, bath plug replacement and a system clean in Watford. We were able to book an appointment for the next day and Josh was on time and completed we had asked for to a high standard.
