Jamie and his team were very friendly, polite, professional, careful about people's property, left things in a clean and tidy manner. We needed to replace current thermal storage cylinder with an indirect unvented cylinder. Jamie came very quickly and gave an accurate assessment of what needed to be done with excellent advice on how what needed to be changed and what didn't. He was not out to try and make money from you for changing things that didn't need it or overcharging. His pricing was clear and fair and he gave you options depending on your budget. He did the work in 2 days as he predicted and at the same time solved other tap related issues. He is very honest and hardworking and i trust him very much. I highly recommend him and he is the first person I call for plumbing relating issues. He is the best!

Jamie, provided a detailed quote within day of the visit. We had a new boiler, pump and control system together with a replacement hot water tank and two radiators. I was very impressed with the standard of work and he ensured that we had hot water at the end each day of the installation. He also cleared away each night and removed all the replacement and redundant parts. He explained how to use the two programable controllers for our hot water and radiators. He should be very proud of the services he provides and the care take in keeping us informed during the installation and also the after service that he can provide. I highly recommend his company. Jamie and his team recently installed a boiler for me. Excellent service from the initial visit to the actual installation which wasn't straightforward because of the location of the boiler.
