Henry is a true professional, we called on a weekend and was with us 9am on the Sunday. Inspected the loft and confirmed a potential woodworm issue. Put us at ease, explained the options and was in no way pushy with what options to take, only what fit within our budget. Attended and carried out the work efficiently.
