Excellent local business! It's great to have this kind of service right on your doorstep. Our call was answered straight away and we had somebody at our door within hours. A friendly reasuring service with staff who have years of experience and show respect to you and your home at a time of great anxiety. Our 'unwanted visitors' were dealt with immediately! Brilliant service, lovely people, wouldnt hesitate to rate as 5 star.

I don't normally write reviews but I can't praise Malpass Pest Control enough. I got through on the phone easily - spoke to a person and not a machine! Came out the same day despite being very busy. On time and very helpful and polite. Reasonable price as well. Hopefully won't need pest control again but if I do will definitely use Malpass.

Great service from Pat at Malpass. We had a wasps nest above our front door. Pat was round a couple of hours after I contacted him and did the job quickly and effectively. Pat was lovely to have around and took a keen interest in what we, as a family, were up to with the rest of our site renovations; and gave my daughter a great overview lesson in the process he was going through and also wider info on bees and wasps which she found interesting and educational. If we have anything in the future, we'll be calling Malpass for sure!

Exceptional service! Pat arrived within hours of initial phone call, managing to fit us in without any fuss or knock-back. His warm, friendly and reassuring approach immediately put us at ease. Pat is exceptionally well informed, his wealth of experience and expertise meant that the issue was dealt with after his first visit! Would highly recommend!

I absolutely cannot recommend Malpass Pest Solutions enough. We had an issue with a wasps nest forming in the crevice of our lean to roof over the kitchen window. Called Pat on Sunday morning and he was able to come out to us the following day (after I returned home from work too). Not only was this extremely quick and accommodating but Pat was by far one of the the nicest gentleman and tradesman I’ve met. He absolutely treats his customers the way you’d want your parents to be treated by a tradesman. He clearly is an absolute mastermind of his trade and is extremely methodical with explaining the process start to finish, as well as providing insight into the issue itself. Despite having a huge phobia of wasps, I felt at ease with Pat. Should I ever require his services in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him. Thank you, Pat!
