We live too far away in the South of England to take advantage of the Pest Interceptors rat free guarantee, however I had a comprehensive 90 minute phone call with Christian who talked me thorough everything on how to make my home rat free using the DIY service. Moved into our home 10 months ago and heard some scratching above the ceiling almost immediately when decorating during the day. I put it down to birds on the roof and the house being empty whilst decorating. Didn’t notice it again during the summer months, but we tend to have many fans on and windows open, which could disguise the sound somewhat. Had a wasp nest on my property, they were getting in and out through a hole in the brickwork near the soffit. Called ACP and arranged a visit for the next day, professional and knowledgeable he treated the nest and said it should be neautralized within 48hrs or he'd do a free retreat. Next morning there was no activity from the nest. Cheaper and a quicker response than Wolves council, would defiantly recommend and use again.

Called Will to deal with a problematic flying ant's nest outside our home which was causing issues internally. From the very first call, Will was so knowledgeable and a total professional. I found I'd got squirrels in my loft, one phone call in the morning, a lovely guy called Paul turned up later that day, explained the costs, laid a couple of traps. He returned each day for the whole week until all the squirrels had been caught. Paul was friendly and was excellent. Would highly recommend this company

Absolutely fantastic and speedy service. Called with a rodent issue at my Mother's, and within 20 minutes Dan was there. As I don't live near her, but me being the main contact, he kept me updated throughout the initial investigation, then what he had done, and then to go through all the details and safety documents. Also, when the work was done, went through the invoice with me. Turns out it is rats that have been getting in the house and chewing plastic pipes to the washing machine and generally being a nuisance. Absolutely spot on, superb service and customer care at extremely late notice on a Saturday. Top marks!

Would recommend these guys 100%. Had a problem with red ants and other insects entering into the house from the back garden.
