Absolutely brilliant service. Sorted out the squirrel problem I had in my loft. Matt went above and beyond my expectations and sorted the problem out with a very professional and also personal approach. Called Matt at Black Dog on two occasions over a year ago for mice and more recently for rats (our cat died 2yrs ago didn't realise how good she was with rodent control 🥴). Matt understands having children and dogs at home. He discusses options, and prevention. He is responsive, I highly recommend. Thanks Matt!

Matt was amazing!! Contacted him as I had a recommendation from a work colleague when they had wasp issues and couldn’t be more pleased. He was very efficient, explained everything, he also came back when we were still have some issues and provided re-assurance that they had gone!! Would definitely recommend!

Called Black Dog due to a wasp infestation in my roof eaves. Matt sorted me out with a next day slot. Arrived as promised and dealt with the problem efficiently, coming back to ensure the issue was resolved. Very good prices too. A friendly, professional service. Would definitely use them again if needed. Highly recommended.

Matt is professional and passionate at what he does. A genuine 5 star recommendation for him. Dealt with our pest issue promptly and did remedial work to ensure we don’t have any future issues. Bang on time for each visit and great communication in between visits. Not out to rip you off with sensible prices. Recommended 👍
