Called Matt at Black Dog on two occasions over a year ago for mice and more recently for rats (our cat died 2yrs ago didn't realise how good she was with rodent control 🥴). Matt understands having children and dogs at home. He discusses options, and prevention. He is responsive, I highly recommend. Thanks Matt!

Matt is professional and passionate at what he does. A genuine 5 star recommendation for him. Dealt with our pest issue promptly and did remedial work to ensure we don’t have any future issues. Called Black Dog due to a wasp infestation in my roof eaves. Matt sorted me out with a next day slot. I live in Codsall had so much Wasps around the house and mostly the kitchen got worsen everyday. Anti-Pest Prevention came once then twice , still no hope. Because unclear picture as to where these Wasps were coming from. However, Anti Pest Prevention did not give up. Thirdly time lucky they managed to find where the Queen nest has been held. May I say” I do admire these gentlemen for their dedication , integrity , hardworking and respect towards customers . Every-time their came in with a smile and willingness to help . Juan's professionalism on behalf of Huntsman Pest Control was exemplary! He was completely thorough in tackling the mice infestation at my property and closed access points where the mice were getting in. He has a friendly demeanour and very respectful. Very quick response as they provide a 24hr service. Spoke to Rick regarding a large wasps nest found in the loft of our house. He gave us the basics of what will happen and once they have completed the job and they provide a 2 month warranty for if the issue hasn't been resolved. I found I'd got squirrels in my loft, one phone call in the morning, a lovely guy called Paul turned up later that day, explained the costs, laid a couple of traps. He returned each day for the whole week until all the squirrels had been caught. Paul was friendly and was excellent. Would highly recommend this company

I really cannot recommend Rob and SPS enough. He dealt with the issue we had in the loft. A squirrel that decided to move in. Persistent, efficient and sorted asap. Rob is also a really nice guy, who lightened the mood and provided reassurance and future prevention. I’m forever grateful and thankful. I’ll never delete Rob’s number, he would be the first person we call in the future if any issues.
