I called Pestraid out when we heard a bird inside our chimney place. Their company accommodated to fit us into their very busy schedule with Kevin attending our property after 9pm. We found their service to be very professional because they kept the customer up to date on arrival times and will notify you when they are on route to your property. Kevin was very knowledgeable checking our loft and fitting a chimney cowl to prevent further pests entering our chimney . Kevin also prepared reports on his findings and work which was helpful . We found them to be very honest and reasonable with their costs.

Kev came out very quickly to help us with a wasp infestation. His knowledge and interest in the insects was catching and so his visit not only rid us of our nest but was really entertaining as we learned all about the stages of wasp growth, from larvae to fully hatched adults! Thank you Kev!
