We had rats living in our loft. Nathan was really quick, professional and responsive. He carried out multiple visits and since his last visit we haven't had any signs of rats. When a family member recently had a problem with mice, there was no hesitation in calling Nathan again. He arranged an appointment and kept in contact throughout (even messaging when he was 30 minutes away). Upon arrival, the problem was identified, and treatment was put in place. Mark fitted Pigeon guards to my flat roof house , replacing pigeon guards that had been poorly fitted by someone else only 6 months earlier. He arrived promptly on time, and provided a professional and friendly service. The work was completed very quickly and to a high standard. The pigeon guards even after a recent strong storm are in tact. Excellent workmanship and service.

Mark was able to come out at very short notice to sort our pigeon problem. They'd been roosting for quite some time before we moved into the property and had created quite the mess but Mark cleaned this all up and installed pigeon spikes on all potential pigeon spots for my peace of mind. We're very happy with his service and would highly recommend.

Absolutely thrilled with the work completed by Mark and team today. My roof was an absolutely mess and now I can be proud of it. No pigeons harmed in the process and the mess was cleared from under the panels and from the gutters! They even threw in a bit of driveway cleaning too. Great job by Mark and team. The quote was fair and the work was carried out as scheduled. The enclosure is very neat, and the space beneath the solar panels was clear of nests, birds and dirt, as well as the gutters. 15-year warranty for peace of mind.
