Sean was amazing. We called after seeing rodent in the garden. He came out a couple of days later to inspect. Unlike other companies i have used previously, there was no charge for the initial inspection. Sean was polite, insightful and could not have done more to reassure us. A fantastc small local business. Would completely recommend his services if required. What a lovely man.

Sean was recommended to me via my letting agency. He has good communication and is very is reliable. Reliability is rare in this day and age. I'm used to being let down by businesses not coming out when they say they will and not even bothering to communicate this. Therefore reliability is appreciated. Sean turned up when he said he would. He was approachable, warm, friendly and down to earth, both in person and over the phone. He went above and beyond to help me which was greatly appreciated. South East Timber Treatment is a fantastic company. Nick has helped me twice now with advice & treatment for woodworm & other bugs in my property. Nick is completely trustworthy & I feel very comfortable leaving him to get on with his work without me there. Nick has also given me free advice & let me know areas he doesn’t actually need to treat & I can treat myself instead, which has saved me money & extra stress. I can’t thank Nick enough. He came out to look at what we thought was woodworm and was very honest and told us it wasn’t and treatment was not needed. His communication was great over the phone and by email - very kind and reassuring. Very flexible around my work schedule for when he came to inspect. We found evidence of woodworm so contacted Nick for a survey and quote. Nick quickly got in touch to book a date to come out. Nick was extremely helpful and friendly. Offered some great advice on how we can treat it cheaply ourselves but is always on hand to help if we need help in the future! Honest, reliable and trustworthy, will 100% be using Nick in the future if we have any more issues.

Had some bird proofing fitted on my solar panels by Pest-Tech as we had a pigeon problem. They did an amazing job and really happy with the result. Good quality and looks great. Very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend and would use them in the future for any work.

We had a major pigeon problem! About 10-12 pigeons had taken up residence on the roof and had nested under the solar panels. Kelly from Pest-Tech was great and sorted our problem. Not an easy job as a step roof and solar panels on two roof pitches. Kelly cleaned out all the nests and cleared away all the pigeon excrement! Now that the panels have strong mesh all around them, the pigeons have found somewhere else to live. We can now sleep at 5am and the gutters are not overflowing from pigeon poop! Thanks Kelly. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely Amazing! We had a serious rat problem with the critters nesting in our ceiling and walls. From the initial call to completion, Pest Tech was fantastic to work with. Liam and Matt quickly pinpointed the entry points and provided additional valuable advice on managing the nearby fences and bushes to prevent further access for the rodents who had settled in our home. After just four visits, the rats are completely gone, and it’s a relief to finally have a peaceful home without the constant worry of damage being done in the walls & ceiling. I can’t recommend Pest Tech highly enough, if I ever face any unwelcome visitors again, they’ll be my first call. Thank you Pest Tech for restoring the peace. I can now sleep at night!

Great advice and friendly service

I called Goodwin Pest Management out as they are local. They were great on the phone putting me at ease and helpful and sent someone out the very next day re rats in my eves and walls. The guys who came were very helpful and respectful of my property. I have a follow up visit with them on Monday. No problems with the company and happy j called them.

We had a problem with squirrels in our roof and loft space. Another company had been to our property last year and set traps. However, none were caught and the squirrels returned this year. We contacted Goodwin Pest management. Ben from the company visited and set a number of traps. This was on Friday by Monday all of the squirrels had been caught and we were able to get a full nights sleep rather than the nightly 4 am squirrel ceiling dancing. Ben was knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend using Goodwin pest management.

I started hearing noises underneath my kitchen units, so called Goodwin Pest Management and they were able to get someone out to me that same day. Simon arrived and found mice were getting in around an old pipe. 3 visits later and hole sealed. Since then, we have had no more activity. Very professional and personable service, would use again if I had to. Highly recommend!
