Stephen came out to me when I ended up with a squirrel in my soffit which I thought had got in my loft. Luckily it hadn't and after I had the soffit repaired the problem was solved. I was very upset when I heard the squirrel. Stephen came out very promptly the same day and found where the problem was coming from. I had been over quoted by a bigger pest control company and Stephen didn't charge me anywhere near as much as the other company quoted. I had the soffit repaired quickly and the problem was gone. Stephen left traps for a week in my loft with a camera to be absolutely sure nothing had got inside. He respected my property, was very polite. He spent a lot of time going through everything with me, most important I was given reassurance and peace of mind. He took the traps away and did a final inspection of the loft, explained everything in detail and answered all my questions and put mind at rest. He took time and I didn't feel rushed with anything. He wore shoe covers and cleaned up afterwards. He is a very nice and genuine man. He turned up when he said he would. He gave me an invoice with a choice of ways to pay.
