Gareth took action quickly and provided clear instructions on how to handle disposal of poisoned rats. He managed to clear our house of any rodent activity, explaining every action taken. Really good service - quick, effective and great communication. He recommended the cheaper option when he could have easily upsold me the more expensive one as I didn't know any differently.
