Donna was amazing! Forget big companies with long waiting lists or London based call centres! She is here to respond straight away to phones, she arrived in the same day and the visits were as soon as any pest movement was spotted. Anything planned visits were as promised. From first enquiry to sign off, tornado have been amazing and easy to deal with. Tornado pest control came out to a wasps nest we had the lady who came to do it was lovely not only professional and explained what she was going to do and told us about the wasps . We had Moles on our cricket field. Tried to get rid of them ourselves over a couple of months to no avail. Got Tornado recommended to us, so gave them a ring, Donna came out a few days later and set 2 traps, explained where and how to look for the best place to put the traps.
