We woke up one Friday morning to a significant amount of maggots all over our downstairs toilet and kitchen, that literally appeared overnight. After a couple of unsuccessful attempts contacting "sponsored" pest management services, we contacted Dan and Jim at Infinite Pest Management for help. Straight away, they were very honest and incredibly helpful (all before 8am), even offering a discount to come and survey as they were concerned they may not be able to help and didn't want to overcharge. They arrived after a really big job, around 7:30pm on a Friday night and were able to quickly diagnose the problem, where our outlet pipe benching had failed, seemingly giving access to a rat that had got stuck and died in our cavity wall pipes. Dan and Jim's advice and understanding was kind, patient and incredibly useful from the get go, and their advice has helped us with getting our water company to fix the issue that caused these problems, with them even agreeing to refund the entire cost of the plan! A pest control plan was agreed given the free access the rats had, which Dan was almost reluctant to offer due to the (understandable!) pricing, but this was absolutely the right decision. Jim has came to our house every two weeks since then to lay traps and bait, which has worked after removing a dead rat from the loft a couple of weeks' back. We cannot recommend these two guys more. Regular check in messages to see how things are going, as well as being on hand when we were concerned, well outside of "normal" working hours proves how much they want to go above and beyond, providing a brilliant, reassuring service that was worth every penny. We would recommend them to anyone who has any kind of pest issue. Thank you both!

Had a problem with a rodent in my loft space. Tried myself over several days all different types of ways to deter the rodent, with no luck. I extremely reluctantly called this company as I knew the rodent would need to be destroyed. However it had started causing damage within the loft space which could have been a major problem. I could tell by the noise being made there was damage being done. Dan and his colleague came the next day and within a week the rodent was caught. They made two more visits (in with the initial cost which was minimal compared to the damage which could have occurred if the rodent had been left). Dan and his colleague are very pleasant guys and they helped put my mind rest with regards to having to destroy the rodent due to the issues I was having. They suggested a repair to the area where they believe the rodent was getting into the loft space which I am now in the process of getting sorted.

These guys are absolutely amazing. We had an unwelcome rat problem caused from the empty's house next door to us. Daniel and James are so professional and put my mind at rest straight away with their knowledge and understanding that the problem could be dealt with and true to their word we are now rat free. I would definitely recommend them. A brilliant team.
