Liam attended our property for his second visit. Again his customer care was excellent. He arrived within the timeframe specified. He explained everything he was doing and advised on next steps. Liam’s approach and advice enabled me to feel much more confident about something I’d been very anxious about. He again offered for me to contact him with anything I was worried about. I have contacted him about a smell in the house. He responded within a couple of minutes and put my mind at rest. I would highly recommend Liam and Copley Pest Control. I had the final visit from Neil yesterday. Again a fantastic professional and friendly service. Neil contacted me to let me know time of arrival. Reassured me that there had been no further rodent activity but to call in the future should I have any concerns. Both Neil and Liam were also very kind to our new puppy which I appreciated. I returned from a long weekend away to discover mice had taken over my kitchen and managed to get someone round within an hour. Our pest control man Abs was friendly and professional and came round three times over the space of five or six weeks to make sure that our problem was solved, which I can happily say is the case. Reasonable price too, I would definitely recommend.

Abs came round to quote for bird spike installation on the edge of my roof to deter pigeons. The lads came a few days later to install them. Nice neat job done. Abs from Manchester Exterminators came and did a thorough assessment of my problem with wild pigeons in the loft exactly when he said he would and quoted me a fair price. On the agreed work day, he and Adam turned up at the arranged time and observed social distancing while working as hard and as efficiently as could be imagined in such a dirty environment. They were polite, friendly and professional throughout. They laid out plastic in all areas of contact and thoroughly cleaned afterwards. A great service. Would highly recommend.

Called Monday to ask for help with a wasp invasion and Dan was at our house at 8am the next morning. Friendly, fast and professional service, I'd recommend him to anyone. Also, cheaper than the council guys, another bonus!
