West Country responded immediately and set about eradicating the wasps in quick time - useful because our roofers had just arrived and alerted me to the problem! Very prompt efficient service to sort out two wasps nests. Lee was very knowledgable and helpful. I had to call him out again to look at a third nest a couple of weeks later which turned out to be bees which I decided to leave alone, Lee didn’t charge for this call out and advice.
