With evidence of a rat getting into our loft space, I spoke with Frank who was able to visit and offer advice promptly. Although I'd already taken some steps, such as setting traps and looking to identify and block entry points where scratching had been heard, Frank described other possibilities I hadn't thought of and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was very pleased with the professional service that was given by Frank from SCPC. He visited my elderly mum’s house with a view of fitting a rat flap in the main drain, however, after initial investigations with the use of a camera, he concluded that firstly we would need some maintenance work to be carried out on the drain to enable the rat flap to be fitted. He recommended a reliable colleague who could carry out this work for us. Lastly, although we offered to pay for the visit Frank wouldn’t take any payment.
