We recently had Alan and his brother undertake the removal of 3 very tall Leylandii trees including stumps/roots that had been causing damage to part of our boundary fence line. They both worked incredibly hard but also extremely carefully and safely. Alan and his brother removed the agreed trees, opening up our garden beautifully. They also made sure to clean up after themselves thoroughly. I would highly recommend AA Tree, Hedge and Garden Services. Alan and his team are professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and work to very high standards. I think the most memorable thing about having the trees removed is how diligently the guys worked and how clean and tidy they left all of the work area, including the driveway where 'the chipper' was located. Plus of course, the very competitive price we were charged I would definitely use them again. Thank you guys

Alan and his team have done a couple of jobs for my elderly father, trimming his extensive hedges, grass cutting and clearing flowerbeds for planting. They were really patient, explaining everything they were doing and how they were going to do it, and consulting with him to make sure they didn’t remove any of the plants he wanted to keep that were put in by my late mum. They worked hard to make sure he was comfortable, did a great job, and for a reasonable price. I’m sure he’ll use them again.

We needed to finally start our back garden plans for 2024 and Alan and co enabled this by removing a bunch of overgrown hedging and digging out the roots, best part of the service was that they took away everything they removed. Alan also made suggestions about how we can implement our plans in phases. We look forward to the next phase with AA Tree, Hedge and Garden Services!

Alan and Michael, what can i say, these guys are brilliant, we had some high trees which we needed removing and some trees/bushes trimming back and tidying up. They have done a great job, removed old trees, bushes etc. from the property and left it spotless. Their prices are good and will be using them again.

Jason from Woodstock came to the rescue to upgrade my old unsecured garden gate . He made a bespoke gate with number code lock heavyweight hinges and twin brick towers to hang from . We all feel a lot more secure here now . Thank you for your excellent work 👍👍👍

Jason did a fantastic job of sorting out my garden. He had great ideas and understood my need to stick to a budget and for a low-maintenance garden. He removed and replaced a section of fencing, built a very generously-proportioned decking area, laid more turf, edged, cleared, power washed the patio and made my garden into somewhere we can now spend time. He stuck to the time-scale he originally gave me and was entirely trustworthy as he did some of the work whilst we were not at home.Very pleased all round; I would highly recommend "Woodstock".

Andy helped me with the design of my garden in the early stages to maximise the space available. He and his team were professional and extremely hard working which also included keeping the area clean and tidy at the end of each day. The transformation of my old back garden from what was weeds and an area that was unusable to what is now an amazing patio, raised sleeper beds and lawn with outdoor lighting. I purchased some classic garden seed and, following the advice found on the website, transformed my front lawn in just about two weeks. Said purchase arrived promptly and was well packaged. The website for Lawnsmith Ltd has really useful resources and advice for all manner of lawn care. Finally, my queries via emails were answered promptly in both a friendly and professional manner, quite the rarity these days. Overall excellent all round.

I knew nothing about lawns 4 years ago and had to do a major makeover of our lawn. Bill from Lawnsmith gave me so much advice and I’ve read lots on the Lawnsmith website. I love my lawn now and it’s great for the family too. First pic is last year, next 3 pics was when I did a major overhaul 3 years ago (start to finish). Last year I gave up on my front lawn. It wasn't lawn, it was moss and weeds. So I stripped it completely and ordered products from Lawnsmith. I applied pre seeding "Starter" fertiliser, watered it in and spread "Classic" seed as per instructions. I followed the recommendation to cover with polythene from a builders merchant and this saved watering daily as it held the moisture in. I did check regularly though and watered (with a very fine spray to save washing the seed away) as required. After the seed had germinated I removed the polythene and kept a check on moisture . I appliied Autumn and later on Winter fertilisers. This spring I used the Spring and Summer fertiliser which set the lawn up nicely until..... the dreaded Red Thread bug began to wreck the appearance. To fight this I applied a further dose of Spring and Summer and this worked wonders. The lawn now looks fantastic and is a great illustration of using these products against the standard all purpose fertiliser you find in garden centres. I am naturally delighted and love all the compliments we are getting! Lesson learnt, wont be using anything else in future, well done Lawnsmith.

After years of trying other local gardening services its such a relief to finally find a reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable company. After an initial full visit on my garden to get it back under control I now have the team every 2 weeks to keep it looking its best. I found West County Landscapes 7 years ago - I was thrilled - up to that point I had only found garden maintenance firms that let me down - regularly not turning up due to issues with weather or short staff - and often seeming to lack the level of professional expertise and knowledge I expected. I don’t know how West County Landscapes manage to do perfectly what other firms struggle to do - but they are brilliant. My initial arrangement was a fortnightly maintenance contract - they never missed a visit - whatever the weather - they were there - very impressive. Over the years I have been so glad I found them - their work ethic, their level of knowledge and expertise - and the standard of their work is consistent and really high. It is just wonderful to know my garden is in good hands and that I can completely rely on them. I cannot recommend them highly enough - I am a complete fan!
