Our garden was badly in need of a makeover. A sloping and uneven lawn, overgrown shrubs, ugly fencing, lack of privacy and impractical patio were some of issues we wanted to address. At our first meeting with Shaun and Callum they took time to really understand our issues and what we wanted to achieve. Unsurprisingly, the design they produced delivered almost exactly what we were looking for and we had no hesitation in engaging them to carry out the work. Sadly, Shaun passed away before the work started and apart from being very upset at his loss we were concerned about the impact this would have on the project. However, Callum calmly reassured us that he and Kieran (his assistant) would be able to complete the work. We decided to go ahead and in just over a month they removed overgrown shrubs, scraped the existing lawn, levelled the ground and laid a new lawn, built a block retaining wall and a raised border edged with sleepers. They also built steps and a sleeper wall and relaid a gravel path. They also moved shrubs around and planted the borders with new trees and shrubs to provide privacy and colour throughout the seasons. During the build we found them to be hardworking, reliable, collaborative, imaginative and personable. They also demostrated their flexibility by allowing our builder to lay our new patio before they had finished their part of the project. We are delighted with our new garden and highly recommend Callum and Kieran for similar garden projects.

Callum and Kieran delivered exactly what we were wanting in our garden remodel. Both worked with us to come up with practical and aesthetic ideas for our previously rundown garden. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and we’ve never dealt with more polite young men. As well as keeping us informed at every stage of the process, they were always keen to ask how each element of the garden would best suit our needs, whilst remaining realistic in what would both look and work best for our space. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and we couldn’t be happier with our new garden, just in time for Summer!

From the moment I met Shaun it was obvious his passion was garden design. I explained what I would like from my mud pit, weed filled garden and Shaun got to work with a design. He totally took on board what I wanted and came back with a design that ticked all the boxes and the finished garden is a space that we can all enjoy now! Shaun worked on a large garden project for us and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The project included a large dig-out, building new sleeper walls, installing decking, laying a porcelain tile patio, building new steps and a path, prepping and laying artificial grass, moving a garden shed, planting and much more. We had a blank canvas to start with and a strong idea of what we wanted to achieve. We were not only looking for a cost effective way to get the job done but also looking someone we could work through our ideas with to create a space that was sleek, modern and great for entertaining. We shopped around and got quotes from several landscapers. Shaun’s quote was the best value and his costs were transparent - he kindly itemised the costs for me as well so I knew it wasn’t just a figure pulled out of thin air like some garden quotes can be. Cost aside, what we really liked about Shaun after first meeting him was his upfront, honest and passionate approach to his work which you can see straight away. Shaun was fantastic to work with from day one. He kept us informed every step of the way and his daily updates meant we were always comfortable and reassured with each stage of the work. He understood our brief and was focused on making sure every detail was to our liking. Shaun clearly isn’t just a landscaper and has a real passion for gardens. His knowledge and experience in garden design and planting was especially helpful in helping us decide on a whole range of details during our project. You can tell that Shaun really believes in the importance of outdoor spaces and we had numerous conversations during the project about layout, storage, heating options, materials, lighting, planting, the list goes on! Shaun isn’t the type to rush through things so he can move onto the next job - His willingness and energy to push to make our space the best it could be was there right upto the final day of work. The finished garden is everything we hoped for and more. It’s a complete transformation of the space that has wowed and shocked our family and friends! It’s hard to explain or convey with photos the feel of the completed space. It has a balance and a continuity of materials, textures and themes that give it a real sense of atmosphere and mood - particularly at dusk. It’s a place that we always want to spend time in and feel very lucky to call our own. Thank you Shaun for all your hard work.

We have just had our rear garden and part of our front transformed by Luke and his team. The end result is super. Thanks to Luke and Keirans design ideas which have certainly made the garden a lovely place to relax in. The whole team were very hard working and very pleasant when they were doing our work. Great guys, would definitely recommend and will definitely be back for further works in the future. Krystian provided a few different quotes for potential options and was able to show me his work. After deciding what we want, Lucas came over to take a look at the job, and within the week, he has been able to get the work done. They were both happy to stay later than I expected to complete the job within one day! Challenging job done very well, quickly, neat and tidy and at reasonable price. Honestly would recommend Krystian and Lukasz to everyone looking for professionals for standard and non-standard projects. They will advise you if you are not confident with landscaping. Required job was to: relay existing patio, lay new patio area at the same level, make a drainage, use sleepers (to prevent landslade) wherever required, build up a new access to the garden from readymade posts, gate and fence pannel. On the pictures, there is still odd soil to be taken (waiting for the grab hire) and grass to be laid to complete the job.

Jon and Stuart did the most fantastic job on our back garden. It is totally transformed. They were a pleasure to deal with throughout. We had a rough idea what we wanted and Jon came up with a great design. The quality of the work is first class, - you can tell they are craftsmen who really care about their work, and do not skimp on anything. Something else which really impressed us was Jon giving us a really detailed breakdown of all the costs involved in the quote. All in all a great experience, and I would highly recommend them. My wife and I are extremely happy with the detailed, measured and efficient work of Jon and Stuart with our garden work. We needed fencing, landscaping and a shed base constructing. My wife and I are always cautious about whether work will be undertaken to a high standard but Jon and Stuart have taken it to the next level. The work was undertaken during three consecutive days and within the time parameters they had set. They were hard-working, organised and always very polite. We will no doubt be requesting their help again with future work and have no doubts about recommending them to our friends and family. Once the shed is up and built, the next stop would be.. I love gardening but in the last 3 or 4 years I felt our garden was lacking something. I had ideas as to what I wanted to do with it but couldn’t put those ideas together and for the last few years for various reasons, Alan and I weren’t able to spend much time gardening. We decided we needed a total revamp. Then along came Johnny & Stu who injected some life and magic giving us a garden we could enjoy again - it makes us smile every time we look at it. Johnny & Stu put together two well thought-out concept designs based on our brief and after open discussion gave us the overall design we were looking for. In creating the garden, they worked tirelessly through wet & windy weather with a very heavy clay soil - they worked like trojans showing care & consideration for our needs & requirements. They were always punctual, turning up no matter the weather conditions. Their attention to detail was important to us and they did not disappoint. Both were very professional but easy to get along with. They are very capable plantsmen but it was great for me (Sally) to be able to accompany them to the nursery to choose plants. At the Mezzanine Restaurant, I enjoyed a Classic Christmas Afternoon tea. A special occasion, for 3 Thursdays in a row, around Christmas season. Very nice, well prepared, christmassy atmosphere with vintage Christmas songs live. Staff was friendly and polite.

We went for the Santa experience with our 3 year old. We were taken through on time, no waiting around. There were Elves to guide us and I must say everyone of them was smiling, happy and friendly, which made it even more magical for the little ones. The displays & lights were lovely, obviously a lot of effort was made. Santa was great, the children weren’t rushed and made to feel special. At the end the children got to pick a gift in the workshop and all gifts were fabulous. I’d give this experience 10/10, I’ve got a feeling it will be a yearly tradition with our boy 👍

Came to tong garden centre for the second time to see Santa with my grandson it was a lovely magical experience staff are lovely better this year as they did smaller groups of children it felt more personal the shops and cafe was also very nice lots to look at good atmosphere

Absolutely amazing once again! We have been twice now with our children (6 has autism and 2) and they have both loved the experience. They are friendly and play their roles perfectly for the kids. It’s the right length of time going through the experience and the Santa was spot on! Even my 6 year old wasn’t overwhelmed or anxious. Worth every penny and miles traveled to visit! Will go every year.

After years of trying other local gardening services its such a relief to finally find a reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable company. After an initial full visit on my garden to get it back under control I now have the team every 2 weeks to keep it looking its best. Family and friends now use west county landscapes also due to my recommendation. I can assure you they are just as happy with there services as I am.
