From the initial quote to the last day I cannot fault Toby and the team. Toby was engaged and enthusiastic when discussing ideas and that continued through the whole process. When they arrived they ran through the plan, and every step of the way Toby made sure I was happy with every decision so nothing was a surprise. The attention to detail was incredible, my space is awkward with poor access but they completely transformed the space and had thought of absolutely everything to ensure the quality and longevity of the work. The team were really friendly and put me at ease. It is important to trust people coming into your home and I felt completely comfortable (and actually quite enjoyed) having them around!
