Wow what a difference and the dog loves it. The 3 lads that did the installation were brilliant, very professional and hard working, I was thinking it would take a couple of days but no it was finished to a very high standard in less than a day. I would highly recommend this company.

Our lawn had deteriorated to the point where a whole new lawn would be required. We reviewed all the options and were impressed by the K9 website. After completing an on line notification we had a visit and quote within 24 hours. Everything was explained in great detail and decided to go ahead and the lawn was installed this week. The whole process from requesting a quote, agreeing a price, explaining the process, preparing the ground and installing the grass was superb. The finance team ensured all financial and guarantee matters were handled expertly. The installation team arrived on time each day and left a clean site every night. Nothing was too much trouble and the standard of the job was excellent. Cost was as we expected for a top of the range product, layers of preparation materials and a superb finish. really happy with the astro turf, from quote to install it all went smoothly and all questions were answered along the way, everyone involved did a great job and even though we don't have dogs we went for the mk2 K9 turf (with the white backing) for it's drainage and light qualities as this one seemed to reflect light less when looking down the pile when the sun was out giving a more natural look in my opinion. On install day the installers got let down by the hardcore delivery company so they had to go get it themselves to keep the job on track which put them behind slightly but they kept everything moving which was great. That day was particularly hot in our South facing garden so it was a hard day's work for them so a big thankyou for that too. I'm really pleased the grass seems to spring back into it's position and not stay flat as some seem to do. All in all we're really happy with the company and the product and can really recommend them to anyone

Small patio and grass project to the garden of my new build property, minor teething issues but all resolved with excellent comms from the office and site team, very satisfied with the high standard of workmanship. Just remember to plan in advance as they are busy...

Excellent customer care and the garden is amazing. Loved by humans and furbabies. No mess and the guys worked hard and all work done on time. Really impressed and definitely recommend
