Excellent customer service right from start. The initial phone calls I spoke to a lovely lady Gaynor couple of times who managed to get me an appt the next day! Electrical engineer arrived, Kyle, what a lovely, polite guy, so helpful and explained everything, he went above and beyond. Ensured everything was clean, neat and tidy. I was referred to DC Electrical (Darryl) and his firm through my kitchen installer and can not rate Darryl's firm highly enough. He has been very responsive and won't leave the job until everyone is satisfied (including himself). There are not many tradesmen that make the effort to call (I was out of the UK) and send pictures to make sure that everything I had asked was done the way I wanted. Even when one LED spot light seemed never to work again, Darryl threw in a spare transformer for free - I can not recommend him highly enough and will use him again and again as new household renovation projects spring up!

Fully recommend DC electrical. From quote to completion they did a fantastic job. They did extensive works at our home & also had some great suggestions that we hadn't even considered. I needed to remove and relocate 2 plug sockets during a refurbishment at home. They had used them a few years back and gave them a call. The estimate was actually a little over than the actual invoice which was a nice surprise. very satisfied with the work that was done.
