I used Hirst Electrical Services to carry out an EICR Report on a house I was looking to buy in Ilkeston. They were able to arrange to visit the house at the same time as the surveyor so there was little disturbance for the seller. Steve gave me a call on his way home to let me know the results and the report was with me a few days later.
