I visited this practice for the first time today after not seeing a dentist for around eight years. I was dreading the appointment as obviously I should have not left it so long and expected that I would need some well overdue treatment ! I was very impressed with Dr Rafiq and his colleague Rachael. Following an assessment xray, he explained in great detail the current condition relating to my dental health and gave me several treatment options. He was extremely thorough and put me at ease despite my discomfort. I look forward to visiting again in 3 months.
Really friendly reception staff who make you feel very welcome and even offer a cup of tea. My dentist is wonderful and very friendly and is taking great care of me, with my anxiety. Highly recommend.
This place and their staff are incredible They mix gentle homeliness with true professionalism and great quality service and equipment The setting is lovely and every member of staff is handpicked Gagan the dentist and his dental nurse are amazing What a team
As usual the ladies were very friendly and helpful. Cannot praise them enough. Procedure etc was explained clearly by dentist and we left the appointment a lot happier than when we went in!!! Full marks all round.
