Absolutely excellent, phoned with a request for an appointment asap for abscess, received advise on one 4 hrs later, dealt with efficiently, pleasant staff and dentist, painless removal of tooth responsible and clear advise as to follow up.
We had an excellent experience with the whole staff receptionist was very helpful and professional and my children were very comfortable with the dentist so it’s 5 stars from me
Everyone here is friendly an accomodating. I have a phobia of the dentist, ADHD plus memories of some dental work gone badly wrong when I lived in Scotland. Reception staff, nurses and Billi, my dentist, are all smiley and chatty and really help to put you at your ease. The waiting rooms are clean and comfortable but you never have to wait long.
Just want to share how good this practice is and point out two great members of staff... the lovely receptionist Sarah, very pleasant and always helpful with a beautiful smile... and also one of the dentists, Billy, makes u feel at ease, very happy chappy, and just fab 👌 👏 👍 ... Best dentist going
Carnegie dentist have been very good, considering I was petrified at the beginning of my first treat. From going into reception to seeing the kind and thoughtful dentists and their team. This is a very caring practice. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
