Every dentist here is on the specialist register, meaning they possess an additional five years of specialized training in their field. It's essential to do your research, as it can be confusing—checking the GDC specialist register on Google is a great place to start. I had the privilege of being treated by Dr. Akil, a renowned specialist in the dental world known for his research and dedication to both patients and colleagues. After losing my front teeth due to an autoimmune condition, I was understandably stressed about the implant process. However, Dr. Akil put my mind at ease, assuring me that the procedure would be straightforward—something he has done countless times before. The experience was incredible: I had my tooth removed and the implant placed immediately, all with minimal discomfort. I walked away with a new tooth that looks exactly like my natural one—no one can tell the difference! I also want to extend my gratitude to Liz, Dr. Akil’s nurse, who provided exceptional support throughout the treatment. I recently had some restorative work carried out by Akil on my front teeth and he is by far the best dentist I have ever used. Having previously had some bad experiences elsewhere, I was apprehensive to get the work done. Right from the first consultation, Akil clearly laid out the treatment plan and gave his honest opinion on the best approach. Akil is calm, friendly and a highly skilled professional. He has a great chair-side manor, which puts you at ease and ensures you are always comfortable during the treatment. The entire process was pain free. I would highly recommend Akil and his team for any general or specialist dental work.

Accompanied my wife for her appointment for a small filling. She was extremely nervous before going but Akil and Liz were really good with her and the filling was completed without any problems. I would strongly recommend this practice

I’ve always been a nervous dental patient & would usually have work done under sedation but now I have a toddler to care for, sedation isn’t an option. I was told by my local dentist that I needed root canal which was extremely expensive. A friend recommended Salter & Salter which was my dentist when I was a child (when they were based in Molesey). I contacted them & they were very helpful, understanding & £400 cheaper than my local dentist. I was booked to see Kiana & wow, she was so nice & reassuring, I felt completely at ease & relaxed, I didn’t feel a thing. I went back today for the root canal to be completed & I wasn’t nervous at all, I could have easily nodded off to sleep. I’m no longer scared of the dentist - I will now only go to S&S! I can’t recommend this practice enough 🦷⭐️

I'm not usually one for reviews but because of the exemplary service I've received from the whole Salters Team I thought I'd make an exception. I embarked on a course of treatment in 2022 for implants to replace 3 lost teeth. The course required bone and gum augmentation in advance of the fitting of the implants and extended to some 18 months. During that time I have received the most professional and friendly service from the whole team including Dr. Bhavin Pitamber, Mr and Mrs Salter and the support team; most notably Michelle. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

An amazing family run dental practice which our whole family use for dental care! I was scared of dentists and very anxious going to them but after doing my dental care at S&S I am no longer afraid. I have been with Salters and Salters dental for over 8 years and would absolutely recommend the practice. I originally moved from another practice due to some issues and was rather anxious and nervous when I first joined but I needn’t have worried. Dr Joanne Salters became my dentist, calmed my fears and over the years has sorted out my problems. I have real trust in her for the dental work she provides and for over a year now I have also been seeing Joanne for facial aesthetics. There has been a real improvement in my skin. I have seen dental hygienists Marguerite and Helen. They are both friendly, thorough and take pride in improving dental health of their patents. Sarah is a bundle of fun whether working as a dental nurse receptionist or practice manager. So friendly and always has a smile on her face. Michelle, the treatment co-ordinator and receptionist is brilliant. So friendly, polite and professional. A great person to have as first point of contact for the practice. I would have no hesitation in recommending Salters and Salters to anyone who is looking for a professional, competent and friendly dental practice who really cares for their patients.

This is by far the best dental practice I have ever visited. I was greeted by the lovely and fabulous Michelle, always smiling, so friendly and Michelle makes it a pleasure to visit. I had my recent visit with Wendy my hygienist, Wendy is such a lovely person and makes you feel so at ease, definitely the best hygienist I have ever been treated by. I have also had fabulous visits with Joanne the dentist, great treatment and a fabulous way of making you feel at ease, Joanne has a great way of making you feel not so nervous. Great dentist, friendly receptionist and nurse. I was seen on time and the dentist was great, he didn't rush me and was very thorough. I was given options and he showed me a video of what the treatment entails. By far the best dental practice I've been to and i highly recommend Dr Hanif.

I came to see Dr khizer Hanif for a toothache and infection. He did my root canal and a filling. I'm a nervous patient but him and his nurse Paula put me at ease, he was calm caring and empathetic. Best dentist I've ever had 😊

A fantastic dental practise. Their level of care and attention is 100% in my experience. They’ve kept my teeth and gums strong, white and healthy since 1999. I love that they don’t over treat, only recommend what’s necessary and always explain the detail so I can make an informed choice whether to continue or not. I have 2 check ups, a year with dental hygiene (the hygienist team are particularly good), the odd filling replacement now and then, a little cosmetic work when absolutely needed and Invisalign last year. Their gentle manner is perfect for the most nervous of patients too. Can’t recommend them enough, Harley street quality without the travel or the extra cost.

Gentle Dental have been great throughout my teeth whitening process and re doing my composite bonding. All of the staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable, they really have the patients best wishes at heart. Vanessa the treatment coordinator helped me decide which teeth whitening course suited me. Michael Marshall and Helena made me feel at ease during my dental procedure. I had to book an emergency appointment as i had lost my crown. I managed to keep the top part but the tooth had split and the top was only just saved. I managed to get in the morning before the practice broke for its annual break. I saw Dr. Ziad Ali. Wonderful dentist. I am not a good patient. But Ziad was fantastic. He rebuilt my tooth and put on a new crown in the morning. Wonderful.

I had to book an emergency visit to the clinic, and I was very pleased with the service already from the initial call - they found a time to see me within 24 hours as a new patient. The dentist and his assistant were very polite and accommodating, they addressed my issue professionally and pain-free and offered a couple of different treatment plans to consider. They sent me home with the medication to make sure I remained pain-free over the holidays. One of the most pleasant visits to the dentist, thank you, Dr Moshin Nathu and the team.

I have been a patient at Sunbury Dental for nearly 50 years and even now travel from the Isle of Wight for check ups and treatment. Apart from routine treatments I have had a wisdom tooth extraction and an implant and have been very pleased with everything. The front of house staff and clinicians are all extremely nice and make you feel welcome and relaxed during your visit.

I thought my first appointment experience with Dr Bita Fox was excellent. I personally really liked Dr Bita’s approach who comes across very grounded and evidence based in her recommendations but also holistic and open to discussions around the status quo. She clearly takes each individual at a time and considers their situation, health and lifestyle, before discussing options. Thank you Pooja Capoor for sorting out two broken crowns. I really though I had lost both teeth. I was referred to Pooja via recommendation. When I arrived, she told me she promised to help save my broken teeth. My treatment has been brilliant from start to finish. I have not had to worry. She took X-rays and 3-D scans of all my teeth. The saved moth my roots and was able to attached two new crowns to them. I am extremely grateful and the alternative would have been expensive implants. The treatment room very clean and the back ground music helped as I do not like pain. I'd also like to say the dental nurse that worked with Pooja (ANISHA JOSHI) was also brilliant. I will be recommending Pooja to others.

First impressions were great ,the place is easy to find,clean and welcoming. The receptionist was lovely and really put me at ease. Very efficient but in a relaxed way . Sarah the dentist knew I was nervous and was so kind and took her time to explain everything. I felt so happy when I left and will definitely make it a regular thing now. Amazing experience. My teeth had some overcrowding and I wasn't sure if Invisalign would work for me. Dr Aaron and Dr Amit walked me through the process and my teeth are now much straighter. Highly recommend Wardle Dental.
