Amazing staff, they all made us feel very welcome.
We were given time with dentist, ( some dentists rush you out the door), which meant the staff made sure everything was explained and we were happy with treatment going forward. Can't thank you enough, my son was petrified of dentists but you have made him see your all so kind. Thank you 😀 😊 🫶👍
Had a really good experience at Total Ortho, Tonbridge. Everyone we came across was lovely and were amazing with my very anxious daughter.
The braces are off and the results look amazing.
My daughter particularly loved Ester (her favourite) who treated her throughout the whole process. It was so good to have continuity with staff. She explained everything and we never felt rushed at appointments.
The front desk were always friendly and efficient if appointments needed to be moved.

My daughter has had her braces fitted today by Sandra and Gracie. They were lovely, friendly and took their time to explain everything and answer any questions we had. They made Lily feel comfortable and relaxed.
The reception staff were also welcoming and everybody had confidence and a smile.

This practice has never failed to impress. I’ve had 2 children as patients of theirs, both for braces, and the entire process & end result have been outstanding.
When we’ve attended, they’ve always run to time (often we have been seen early!), staff are all very friendly & helpful, it’s always a relaxed atmosphere and my children have been cared for with excellent results.
If my third child also ends up needing braces, I’ll look forward to taking them to Total!
