A special mention must go to Nurse Lilly, who was nothing short of amazing. Her kindness and gentle nature made a world of difference. She noticed when I was feeling a bit anxious and gave my shoulder a calming rub, even holding my hand at times to reassure me. Those little gestures were incredibly comforting and showed the level of care and attention they provide at this practice.
