Mr Tate is just the nicest most understanding Dentist. I feel so anxious for any procedures but he is truthful and explains fully what will Happen. He’s also great with my 3 children. 100% would highly recommend

This was my first ever visit to the surgery . Reception staff were very welcoming and helped with my visit in a fast , efficient way . Daniel (ably assisted) took out my cracked tooth ,taking time and care to do a great job ! Did not feel a thing ..

My recent hygiene appointment at Fareham Road Surgery went very well. I received a first class service. The hygienist was gentle but thorough and was very considerate, she also gave me some valuable advice on how to continue to look after my teeth and gums. I had not been to this surgery prior to my visit for emergency treatment. So everything was strange & unsure of where to go. I was put at ease by the friendliness of the dental staff. I ended up having to have an extraction which I definetely had not expected. But everything was explained to me which put me at my ease as much as it could be! Which I would like to thank them for.
