I've had so many bad experiences from being a child with gas & air tooth extractions that I have avoided going to the dentist. I eventually had to go as one of my teeth were causing me a lot of trouble, Doctor Vicky was brilliant & extracted it, To be honest hope she never leaves the surgery as I only trust her.
My appointment with the hygienist went really well. The team members are very friendly and welcoming.
I’ve always had a fear of dentists, but I have to say everyone here was so understanding and caring. The practice manager even helped calm me down. The customer service and kind and caring attitude is not something you come across everyday. I’ll be sure to stick to this clinic.
I had an abscess over the weekend. I called @ 9.15 am and they managed to squeeze me in by 10.00 am. The receptionists could not have been more helpful and the dentist was absolutely superb in checking everything out and prescribing the antibiotics. It is great when a team of professionals step up to help in this way.
Such lovely reception staff so helpful and kind and dentists and their assistances and practice manager are so professional and helpful all lovely people don’t ever leave Vicky 😊
