This dental practice is simply the best. I hadn't been to the dentist for far too long and on recommendation made an appointment. From walking in the door the staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and made me feel very comfortable. It can be embarrassing and intimidating to visit a dentist if you haven't been for a while, but not with this practice. Their advice is thorough and and the work I have had is exceptional. I would particularly like to thank my dentist Dr Angali who is so passionate, devoted and meticulous about her work and Grace who is such a lovely lady and so very knowledgeable, helpful and empathetic. However all the staff at this practice deserve 5 stars. I actually really enjoy an appointment at the dentist now! Thank you Olive Tree.

The dental surgeon that took out my two teeth was lovely. Explained it all in great detail. As he said I would have no pain and it was all over very quickly. Would recommend them to anyone.

Had a complex tooth extraction at Newbury dental practice! My appointment was cancelled twice which was not ideal as I had to travel to get to Newbury and so the money on trains was wasted. However when my appointment did go ahead it was a faultless experience!! Reception staff were lovely and kind, the oral surgeon and his assistant were funny and encouraging, and the procedure commenced on time and was swift and painless!! Probably the best experience of how a nasty procedure could go!

I went to Dr. Daniel Meroz’s clinic after I was disappointed of my prior clinic’s function. My experience there was very positive. The clinic was very clean and sanitary, the staff was kind and friendly, and the overall experience was very good and I wasn’t stressed as much as I were in different places, hence to Daniel’s very kind and calming treatment, which made me feel secure and relaxed. Moreover, the price was fair and I was satisfied with the final result. I will sure comeback on my next yearly checkup.

After a long time from start to finish (which is rare) I have a new front tooth and am very happy. After my first visit, everyone made me feel very relaxed. Then after my initial consultation with Daniel he explained the process from start to finish of an implant. Having Daniel and his Assistant Victoria take care of me was not only relaxing but informative. I'm really pleased with the outcome. Most people carry tension walking in to a dental surgery but everyone at Westbrook house is there to make you feel relaxed and ensure that you, the customer, are ready for any procedure. Thank you

Gone are the days of crying along to youtube videos of dogs being told they're going to the vet. I had a cracked wisdom tooth that was assessed within hours! Glad i chose local anaesthetic as i would not have experienced the magical firework show coming from my mouth to admire during the painless extraction. Lovely welcoming, caring and professional staff turned it all from dread to therapy. Got my teeth cleaned the week after which gave me my smile back and knowledge of how to keep it. Dental Nurse Kelly, pulls no punches and gives it to you straight! She took the time to show my x-rays, what and where I was going wrong. Kelly explained to me in layman's terms. This is probably the best Dental Practice in Newbury, with friendly & knowledgeable Dentists & Staff. You never feel rushed, and the Dentists soon put your mind at rest as soon as you get in the dentists chair. When you leave this Dental Practice you feel good and it was a worthwhile visit and giving great advice, so you leave with a smile on your face.

Melanie Hunt looks after myself and my kids. She is extremely professional and reassuring. She explains everything thoroughly which I really appreciate. It is a rarity for me to write a review for a company however I feel compelled to on this occasion. I have been a patient at 20/20 Dental Practice for many years always treated with the utmost courtesy and receiving excellent treatment. A couple of months ago I had a horrendous accident whilst running and badly smashed my two upper front teeth - I was devastated ! I cannot express more praise to Craig Hughes one of the dentists at the practice who fitted me in at short notice and preceded to expertly perform no less than a miracle repairing the two teeth in a hour. I am so grateful for the expertise of the Dentists at the Practice and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I had a good as you can get experience with Aditee. A positive outcome though rather expensive treatment sorted all of my current problems. Changed dentists due to relocating to a new area and chose Briars not only from the online reviews but also the appearance of the clinic. From first view to going inside I was taken back by how professional it all looked and felt and the friendliness of the staff was warm and welcoming. I was in for my first consultation before any treatment was undertaken and a big thanks and special mention to Chelsea (Consultation Technician) for not only having a friendly and upbeat manner but explaining everything in such detail and with a calmness that I was instantly at ease and knew I had chosen the right place. For anyone who may be anxious about going to the dentist I can't recommend Briars highly enough.

I’ve recently started treatment here and have to say, their attention, customer care and respect is spot on. I’ve previously attended the same dentist for nearly 40 years until they retired so not an easy transition to make. Nick and Kasia are highly skilled at what they do but very obviously care about their patients wellbeing at the same time. Thank you for making me feel at ease and confident in your care.

I have been attending The Briars Dental Centre for a couple of years and cannot praise their expertise enough. Yesterday Dr. Lilleker prepared a back tooth for a crown. Although the treatment was lengthy, at no time did I feel hurried and had complete confidence in his professionalism, ability and care. Furthermore, the premises are laid out very well. Parking in my experience, has never been a problem, first class cleaners internally cannot be faulted, the reception staff always seem pleased to see patients and listen to them and the external grounds are always tidy. What more could anyone want?

Lifesmiles was recommended to me by a friend and I am so pleased I tried them. They provide a very friendly personal service, using up to date technology, which is so much better then my previous dentist experience. I used to be very nervous of any treatment but now thanks to Lifesmiles my fear of dentists is in the past. I had teething straightening and whitening treatment which has changed my life and given me confidence to smile again, very pleased with the amazing results.

Always caring and thorough. Dr Rutland takes time to explain procedures and is very gentle in his approach. I would recommend to anyone but especially if you are a nervous patient.
