I needed a tooth extraction and wasn’t looking forward to it! I have to say the procedure was carried out by Johann with outstanding care and effectiveness. He ensured that my experience was very positive and virtually painless. His gentle technique, skill and professionalism were very much appreciated! The whole staff team in the clinic exude friendliness and warmth which makes the whole visit very positive indeed. Thank you!

Myself and my husband Paul who are hearing impaired registered with this dentist last year. All we can say, Dr Sherry and Lead Nurse Paula were fantastic & very reassuring even communications were not an issue ensuring we understood what they were saying. I live in Winchester but after seeing all the good reviews for this place, I decided to register and I could not be happier. I have been a patient here for a couple of years now and all the staff are amazing. If you normally hate going to the dentist, this is definitely the place for you! Everyone is so kind and caring and they always put you at so much ease. I actually quite enjoy going to the dentist now!

Anshu is a great dentist, taking great care and consideration with any work she completes. She is incredibly friendly too. The surgery itself is incredibly well kept, very clean, tidy and modern. Definitely recommend.

After many years of fearing the dentist I finally plucked up the courage to email Quality and Caring Dentistry, I explained my phobia and instantly received a reply from a wonderful receptionist. They really do live up to their name. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness during my visit and first treatment. They reassure you from the time you walk in through the door, the receptionist will make time to talk to you to help calm your nerves and support you through any fears you may have. The dental nurse will greet you and take you to the dental chair where she will constantly reassure you. The dentist herself is outstanding, she ensures you feel no pain throughout the treatment. The after care is above and beyond, they are on the other end of the line if you have any concerns regarding your treatment. The hygienist is outstanding also, I had one treatment from her and it is fair to say I don't think I am as anxious to go back as I was with other dentists. Superb team who work so well together to ensure your visit is as stress free as possible. I am so glad I took the plunge and registered here. Thankyou Quality and Caring Dentistry you are truly amazing.

Quality and Caring have been our family dentist for at least 10 years. We have always been able to get convenient appointments easily and have been fitted in the same day when an urgent appointment has been necessary. The staff are pleasant and courteous which makes for a welcoming and friendly environment. This is especially reassuring for our children when they are apprehensive. The advice and treatment received has been first class even as NHS patients. When private treatment has been necessary the options were clearly explained and the charges were very reasonable. I cannot fault the treatment and aftercare service received. I can highly recommend this dental practice and personally would not go anywhere else.

I've been a patient here since its opened. I hate dentists but Anshu makes me feel really comfortable, and is really friendly. She is very knowledgeable. The receptionists are always helpful. It always looks very clean.

Visited today as a family for a check up with Nitha Jose. She is so kind and really takes the time to explain things which is reassuring. She spoke to my 5 year old about her day at school to relax her and was really gentle. I can recommend this dentist especially for children or nervous adults (like me) and the practice generally. Recently joined burridge dental and can only express a very positive experience. The staff were very friendly and professional. Being a nervous patient prior, Edward made me feel at ease and I can’t believe i didn’t feel the injections, I don’t know how he does that. Thanks for making me feel calm and welcome.

Lovely welcome from the Reception staff. Best Hygiene clean I’ve ever had (and I’ve tried a few places) from the wonderful Olivia and assistant Clarissa. So thorough, professional, knowledgeable and gentle. Already booked next clean. Immaculately clean practise/premises. Plenty of free parking.

Saadiq and Morgan were absolutely incredible at my appointment. I had to have a tooth removed, 2 fillings and gum treatment,i was so scared of going to the dentist but Saadiq and Morgan made me feel so comfortable and talked me through what was happening and gave me encouragement throughout. I didn’t suffer any pain. They were so kind they both are great. Can honestly say the best dentist I have visited Thank you so much!!

This is by far the best dentist I have been to. I have a severe needle phobia and bad experiences in the past with dentists made me nervous. Nikos and he's assistant was amazing telling me what they were doing each step of the way and have the patience of a saint. Bernice was fabulous at giving me the information and reassurance inbetween appointments. I finally have my smile back after an accident broke my tooth in half, thank you smile makers!

Having some excellent on-going treatment with Dr Robin, which consists of Invisalign followed by some added extras at the end. So far, I think he is an amazing dentist; incredibly precise and so gentle. I trust his work and would also go to him if I needed any major dentistry as he prides himself on being pain-free. After an unfortunate accident to my front tooth 2 ys ago, I was desperate to find someone who could repair the complex damage, having seen 2 other dentists previously, who had failed to resolve the issues. I found Rob Hannah online, and after an initial consultation & sideways CT scan, he identified the issue with my tooth, and has worked tirelessly to address the issues, restoring my teeth and appearance & subsequently my confidence. His empathy and kindness throughout my treatment has been second to none, and his professional expertise has been excellent and pain free, despite a number of complex operations. A big thank you to Rob and his excellent team, from Wendy on the Isle of Wight (I travel to Southampton to see Rob, he’s absolutely worth it !!).

Really good! Dr Hennie and Dr Harry are amazing. They take their time and make u feel comfortable, especially good when you get the nerves when going to a dentist. I couldn't be more impressed with the experience! The clinic is new and modern with easy parking.

Due to a bad experience in my teens it is 22 years since my last dental treatment. I was so anxious. However Anna was the epitome of calm, empathetic, yet professional. Just the right balance of ‘get on with it’ and care. I couldn’t be more grateful for the way I was looked after and the treatment received.

Just been to see the 24/7 team at Southampton. Dentist, Dan and Nurses Samara and Ellie were great. They were polite and friendly and sorted me out with some antibiotics on-site after diagnosing an infection. It’s good to know I really do have 24/7 cover locally. Will be using them again if I need to.

Absolutely amazing! In agony with wisdom tooth and my dentist couldn't see me. Called 247 dentist and was seen that day. The dentist and nurse i saw were amazing. So friendly and so informative. I feel so much better. I would highly recommend.

After being in pain for 4 days and 0 support from 111 neither GP I came across 247dentist Bristol, from start to finish within an hour i was sat in the chair. I felt like I was in the best hands even though I had a few tears knowing I needed 2 extractions Ali and Danielle looked after me very well. No pain, during the procedure, aftercare advice and antibiotics were given overall they were lovely and patient. Thank you.

Broken tooth, infection and a fear of dentists. Not a good combination. But! I got an appointment for the that evening and great communication put me very slightly at ease. The dentist and his clinician were absolutely wonderful. Explained choices, pricing, I was almost relaxed! I had to have the tooth out but I cannot fault any part of the process. Five star treatment.

Dr. Pritesh is a great dentist! Very supportive, understanding, approachable and most important you will get outstanding care! First dentist which gives you piece of mind and doesn't charge you thousand pounds for simple visit. Definitely can recommend!!! If you need any help with your teeth this is the place to go!

I’m a new Client so this was my first visit. Had a consultation with Abbin who checked my teeth and gums and we discussed ideas moving forward. He also recommended a teeth clean and did it as part of the appointment. Next appointment is in 2 weeks to discuss things further with the dentist. Have to say everyone is super friendly at Dental Concepts, Southampton. I had already forewarned them that I suffer from anxiety and they made me feel so at ease.

Just joined this practice this week and oh my goodness what caring friendly people, made me feel right at home. I am hoping to stay here for some time. I chose this dental practice because the reviews were excellent and I am very happy to share my first impressions. Greated nicely on my arrival and the nurse Lidia looked after me initially for the x-rays. Lidia explained what was shown on the x-rays and made sure I understood. The dental surgeon, Ad then came to see me and examined my teeth and then offered 2 treatment options. There was no pressure to choose either option and I was able to make a decision that was right for me. Actually think I will look forward to my appointments, who would ever say that about visiting a dentist!

Friendly and welcoming staff. The dentist Massoud is very patient and gentle. Had two crown fitted and was extremely nervous. Just been for my 6 months check up and all is well. I even made an appointment with the hygienist, which I never did before. But apparently she's amazing and very gentle.

I have been a member of the Inspire Community for many years. That is truly how it feels a family relationship where every member of staff is very caring and supportive. I have seen this with other people whilst waiting at the practice and would highly recommend this complete dental experience to anyone who requires the best service.

Jan 2025 - I had my first appointment this morning and am very satisfied. Everything was explained to me beforehand. The proper way of using the interdental pics was also explained. I paid £88.80 for dentist + hygienist in comparison with £124 for the same last October at a private dentist. So it's not free but is a good saving.
