I have been looking for a dentist, from this surgery (my dentist left, some years earlier) and was delighted to get a call from them. I haven't been to a dentist for several years and at 74, was somewhat nervous about the initial contact. Totally understanding desk staff, Kiera and Emma and the dentist himself, was a breath of fresh air. None judgemental and so reassuring. You so made it less frightening, than I was expecting. My procedure was explained very clearly. Dentist was a calm presence and completely upfront about pros and cons of treatment, allowing me to make an informed decision about my care. I have been a patient for several years and have had excellent treatment from Justyna. I contacted the surgery because I was in pain and the receptionist gave me an emergency appointment for only an hour later. Justyna told me that a molar needed to be extracted. Throughout the procedure, which was not the easiest, she kept on asking if I was in pain. I did not feel a thing! One very pleased patient.
