After spending 3 hours here yesterday and having 3 extractions, one by an independent dentist and 2 by one of the private dentists, I cannot fault them at all. Aside from the normal tugging sensation I wasn’t in any pain despite one of the extractions being very complex. Everyone was pleasant and polite with a real focus on patient comfort. As expected, the bill was quite steep but the dentists were worth and earned every single penny!

I’ve had the pleasure of being a patient at Damira Dental Practice in Shirley for some time now, and I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of the team. From the moment you step through the door, the receptionists set the tone with their warm, welcoming smiles and an incredibly polite and professional approach. Their ability to make you feel at ease from the get-go is something I’ve consistently appreciated. On the clinical side, I’ve been under the expert care of Dr. Vivian, who has been my main dentist, and I can confidently say that she exemplifies everything you would hope for in a healthcare professional—calm, precise, reassuring, and exceptionally thorough. I’ve also had appointments with Linda and, most recently, Dr. Niveditha, and the same high standard of care was unmistakable with each of them. Their dental nurses are equally impressive—quietly efficient, attentive, and always supportive, working seamlessly alongside the dentists to ensure everything runs smoothly and comfortably. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would—every experience has been a "10 out of 5" kind of service. It’s rare to find a practice that delivers both clinical excellence and such a warm, human touch across the board. Thank you to the entire team at Damira Shirley—truly outstanding work.

I had an emergency appointment with Dr David Yuan to replace a amalgam filling that had fallen out and I can honestly say he is the best dentist I have ever visited. He carried out his work with care and great communication top dentist and I would recommend it to anyone. Also the receptionist was friendly and helpful which isn't always the case in a dentist/doctors surgery.

I recently had a dental emergency and visited the practice on Saturday. The receptionist, Farina, was incredibly helpful and clearly explained the difference between the NHS walk-in service and private options. She efficiently arranged an NHS appointment for me, exactly as I requested. Following my NHS appointment, I decided to book a private slot to take my teeth out. I returned to the practice, and Farina quickly and seamlessly arranged a private consultation with Dr. Dennis he did an incredible good job. I am so grateful for Farina's lovely, supportive, and caring service. Her efficiency and empathy made a huge difference. She is a real asset to the practice! Thank you, Farina, for your outstanding help and Dr Dennis.

I’ve lost a filling and I called straight after and was given appointment an hour later. Amazing service and such a meticulous dentist and relaxing atmosphere that it was nearly a pleasure if not for a price… but it’s just as expensive as everywhere else in this country hence five stars! Thank you! You saved me as I have an important trip tomorrow and it would be completely impossible to enjoy anything with a hole in my tooth..
