I cannot speak highly enough of everyone in this team. You are put at ease from the moment you arrive at the reception desk. I had an unexpected abscess over the weekend and the support of the on call team was also incredible. I had it drained and then the tooth removed and I’ve never felt so calm and cared for. I cannot thank everyone enough for making such an unpleasant procedure so painless and quick. I can now look forward to Christmas again! Special shout out to Anitha, Daniel and his wonderful assistant Sian - her kindness during the removal of my tooth will not be quickly forgotten. Merry Christmas and thank you to you all x

Just had my appointments yesterday and once again everyone there are so nice and welcoming. If your someone that feels worried about going to the dentist then this is the place go to. All the staff are lovely from the receptionists to the dentists. Thank you again you are amazing. Tracy bastable

Our whole family have been attending this dental practice for around 15 years (maybe even longer!). They are amazing with everything from routine appointments with the dentist, dental hygienist appointments to dental procedures. They are excellent at dealing with anxious patients, including little ones. Our dentist is so knowledgeable, up to date and such a lovely person. The receptionists are lovely and always helpful. I recommend them to everyone I know, and I can't praise them highly enough. Thank you for looking after our family for all these years.

Very impressive and positive experience. This practice is good treatment orientated. I received in'-depth advice and investigations following poor advice from a different dentist. Contrary to the advice of the previous dentist who talked nothing but money, I was told I needed no treatment at this stage. The appointment and scan were free of charge as an initial enquiry. This is a first for me. I left feeling positive with my faith in business people somewhat restored. I will always go to this practice if I need to. I can't recommend them enough Amir was outstanding in patient care. Thank you.

I contacted Amir today in excruciating pain and asked if he could help with my wisdom tooth, I went into the practice, mentioned how scared I was! He assured me I wouldn’t feel a thing! And he was not wrong he was absolutely amazing! Never ever would I be scared to walk into this man’s room again, the support, reassurance and work he provided is truly 10/10 amazing amazing work. Just finished treatment. Had two implants fitted. They look fantastic. Amir carried out the work to a very high standard and I couldn't be happier. Being very nervous of dentists in general, Amir was both patient and kind. I highly recommend him.

After years and years of hiding my teeth Amir has given me the gift of being able to smile fully and I haven’t stopped smiling since 😀 I initially went in as I was told I needed a dental implant from an NHS dentist. Amir could have easily done the implant but instead corrected the issue with the crown in about 5 minutes and the cost of just a checkup instead of thousands! He was also able to save and crown another tooth that the NHS dentist was about to extract as they deemed it uncrownable. We went on from there to make a plan for me to have 7 veneers and bridge a gap also. The whole process was pain free and the results were phenomenal. Also I had one minor issue with one of them and Amir was able to see me asap to rectify. Had I gone abroad to have these done i would have had fly back out. As well as being an extraordinary talented dentist Amir radiates warmth and great hospitality from the very first meeting. Never before have I met a dentist that feels like an old friend to all who enter his practice. All the staff are welcoming and the prices are very fair. My children actively look forwards to coming to see him and they have been brushing extra thoroughly and being more mindful of the amount of sugar attacks their teeth take. He takes the time to get them to understand the importance of good oral hygiene. He even gave the dolly a check up which delighted the kids.

The dentist here, Dr Mihut is friendly, takes her time to make sure you're comfortable and is just a genuinely nice person to be around, which makes the whole process a lot easier. I never thought I'd go to a dentist where people seem happy to be there, but this is the place! I had a tooth extraction just before new year, and she gave up her time on new years day to see me and help relieve the pain of a dry socket. Can't thank her enough for that.

Most of my life I have had a fear of dentist but not anymore flo and her team are kind patient and so very professional I can only thank them for my treatment

Absolutely brilliant. Previous experiences with other dentists shook my confidence, to the point that I would feel faint at the thought of it. However the numerous visits to my dentist for wisdom tooth removal, root canal and extractions, have been so easy and comfortable i have lost the fear I once had. Superb. Honestly can't praise them enough.

I attend a check up appointment. The dentist was running half an hour late which I wasn’t told about. When I eventually saw the dentist it was one that I hadn’t seen before. I asked about my previous dentist and was told that they had retired. I wasn’t told about this when I booked. My new dentist was very good though and explained things very clearly to me.

I had a childhood fear of the dentist because I had bad experience after bad experience. So I just didn’t go and it got worse and worse. But these guys have been so supportive and amazing. I have been multiple times and have now had my teeth fixed.

Have been going here for quite a few years now. Our original dentist retired last year and they have now found someone permanent to replace him. New dentist and new technology, photos of my teeth and a very clear explanation of what needs to be done and why ! So much clearer when you can see in close up on a screen. Also saw my hygienist who as always is very through and does a great job.

My tooth literally snapped in half as I ate an apple at 2.00 pm today… The snapped off part was still In my gum, and I couldn’t remove it. I drove straight to The Beeches, Julie explained that Victor would see me in a short break between booked patients… It was tremendously reassuring to be seen, sorted, tooth filled and home so fast.. The staff are all very kind, and Julie on reception so helpful. Victor has really gone the extra mile today… And I’m immensely grateful that we gave such an amazing dental practice locally.

Great people throughout this dental practice easy to deal with makes me happy to come in as I’ve always been afraid of the dentist. But my experience has been 100% positive and if your like I was then really have a chat with the team and I guarantee that you will be assured after you have a treatment plan and after one visit you will be very pleased with the service 10/10 thanks guys

Very friendly and professional. I'm disabled and they checked what I was okay with. The treatment plan was explained clearly and precisely, my questions were answered putting me at ease and I had been given some misinformation from a previous dentist which is why my mouth gets sore occasionally and now that won't happen any more. I'd happily recommend them to others

Had a check up and agreed set of treatment, extraction followed by a root canal / crown. Had my tooth removed which took 6weeks to heal. Phoned to book my root canal and was told they had no record of my agreed treatment. I've now been contacted and everything is now back on track with my treatment, so all good

Have been here 3 times in the last 2 months and been surprised by the excellent service and products every time. Staff have actively approached us and advised on plants and even stopped us purchasing plants that weren’t suitable for our garden, and took us to the sale section recommending plants that would work! Absolutely outstanding service from all staff on every visit. Plants have thrived, pots we bought (all 10 of them!) 😱 Have made a massive impact to the garden, even bought some tableware from the home section on the most recent visit. Not near for us (20 miles round trip) but will not go anywhere else now! Fantastic selection of everything for the home and garden. Thank you all at Keydell Nurseries.

What an amazing Santa, my young man is non verbal, but Santa used his magical powers and communcated with him. Lots of high fives, let him feel his Santa suit. Any parents with SEN children, have a visit, best experience yet. Thanks Santa, you made one young man very happy. 🎅

Visited on Sunday and found the place busy. Great selection of plants and prices were fair. Spread of large area with various sections of gardening and home goods. Coffee shop need better service as struggled with demand. Left with quite a few plants at great prices.

Santa visit with Grandson. The best one I've visited, he loved it. Santa was so good. Brilliant experience. The amount of work that has gone into it is staggering.
