I used to be petrified of going to the dentist and didn't go for a very long time, but since coming here for the last few years, I don't dread it at all. The staff are all lovley and welcoming and they like to get to know you. I always feel relaxed in the chair, and they always let you know what they are doing. I wouldn't go anywhere else!.

I've been with Romsey Dental Care for years, today was my first visit to their new building and I must say WOW! It's gorgeous! I felt like a movie star walking through the front door. I always recommend Kevin, he's been awesome since day one. Congratulations Kevin and your team, keep up the good work. If you're looking for a new dentist you will not be disappointed, highly recommended, easily accessible and parking is opposite in the Crossfield hall car park.

After having a fall and banging myself up and chipping my tooth and then having an absolutely awful experience with an emergency dentist that left me shaken- I walked into here and from the moment I walked in the staff were incredible. The receptionist went above and beyond and so did the dentist, getting me an appointment to get my tooth fixed the next day. At the appointment I was made to feel so at ease, respected and calm and it was sorted so quickly! Genuinely grateful to every team member I saw. I will be a patient for life!

Amazing Service and Excellent Staff! I had to make an emergency appointment to have a tooth removed, and Romsey Dental Care were absolutely brilliant. They also sorted me out with a denture, and the whole process was handled with such professionalism and care. The staff were friendly, reassuring, and incredibly efficient. Such a lovely dental practice, have been coming here for over a decade and the service is incredible. Peter has been my dentist throughout, he’s helpful and kind, just what you want when going to the dentist. Shannon his assistant is really friendly and helpful. Reception staff are always lovely and friendly.

I feel very fortunate to have been accepted into The Smiles Studio as NHS Patients. Balpreet is super nice, very details in explaining the situation and give us choice. I had an urgent filing needs to be done, I was really lucky to have the appointment the next day and within that appointment, filling is done as she is so considerate and understand the urgency of prompt intervention to prevent the tooth from decaying further. I'm truly grateful to them. I'll recommend them without reserve, but you need to be really lucky to wait for them to open up NHS registration again, unless you go private with them, which is also an option. By the way, I rarely provide such complementary reviews unless they are truly exceptional. Well done, the Smile Studio Chandlers Ford! You are greatly valued.

I have just had my first appointment in many years at this practice due to having a terrible fear of the whole dentist rigmarole. I have to say they were fantastic the atmosphere of the place really puts you at ease and the staff are friendly, patient and make you feel very welcome. The price quoted was very fair and I felt they were more interested in my needs more than the money. So far I can't recommend this practice enough.

I recieved a fantastic service from Oakdene. I was terrified at first after having a bad experience at another dental practice. Ian and the two dental nurses who assisted during several visits over the last five weeks were amazing and helped me through my fears. I can honestly say I never felt a thing. I must mention the receptionist who was friendly and welcoming and also helped me with some medical issues I have with following some of the covid guidelines so nothing was compromised. They listen to you and do their best to see that you have a good experience not that people like me (anxious) can ever have a good experience. I have had a fear of dentists for many years and was always putting off booking an appointment, that was until 2 months ago when my tooth ache was soo bad that I had no choice really but to get it checked out. I wasn't registered with a dentist at the time and so I read reviews and rang up dental concepts and managed to get an emergency appointment that day! Now I was very anxious and apprehensive about going but as soon as I arrived my mind was put at ease! The receptionist a lovely lady called Tracy greeted me with a lovely friendly smile and reassured me straight away! The dentist I was seeing was Abbin John and I can hand on heart say that I literally no longer have a fear of dentists. Ive been 3 times now as I have needed some fillings and Abbin is so kind and patient with me and reassured me every step of the way, he will stop if I need a little break and then resume when I am ready! Great outcome over wisdom tooth removal with another tooth out in the way. Very good friendly team work with dentist Sinjal, and an Oral surgeon and technician over explaining process and covering anaesthetic well with care needed for result. I have been looking for a dentist, from this surgery (my dentist left, some years earlier) and was delighted to get a call from them. I have been a patient for several years and have had excellent treatment from Justyna. I contacted the surgery because I was in pain and the receptionist gave me an emergency appointment for only an hour later. Justyna told me that a molar needed to be extracted. Throughout the procedure, which was not the easiest, she kept on asking if I was in pain. I did not feel a thing! One very pleased patient.

My procedure was explained very clearly. Dentist was a calm presence and completely upfront about pros and cons of treatment, allowing me to make an informed decision about my care. I can be nervous about dental treatment but the dentist and nurses that have taken care of me have been fantastic. Thank you.

I had a lovely experience at this clinic. My hygienist Lauren and her assistant were absolutely lovely and they took their time to clean every tooth, including my half erupted wisdom teeth, with various tools, finishing the process with a polish that was so gentle yet effective. (They also gave me a cute tooth stress toy to hold during the cleaning)

I am really happy with the results from my Invisalign treatment, it exceeded what I thought would be possible without surgery or fixed braces. The team have been very helpful, including Manpreet who I saw throughout my treatment. Being able to scan and upload photos to the app saved a lot of appointments and made it more feasible. I initially attended the open day which was really helpful to learn more about the process. My new smile has boosted my confidence and reduced discomfort from my overbite.

I had an emergency appointment with Dr David Yuan to replace a amalgam filling that had fallen out and I can honestly say he is the best dentist I have ever visited. He carried out his work with care and great communication top dentist and I would recommend it to anyone. Also the receptionist was friendly and helpful which isn't always the case in a dentist/doctors surgery.

I recently had a dental emergency and visited the practice on Saturday. The receptionist, Farina, was incredibly helpful and clearly explained the difference between the NHS walk-in service and private options. She efficiently arranged an NHS appointment for me, exactly as I requested. Following my NHS appointment, I decided to book a private slot to take my teeth out. I returned to the practice, and Farina quickly and seamlessly arranged a private consultation with Dr. Dennis he did an incredible good job. I am so grateful for Farina's lovely, supportive, and caring service. Her efficiency and empathy made a huge difference. She is a real asset to the practice! I've been coming to the practice for the past 10 years. Staff are very calm, practised and skilled. Appointments are always slick, easy, fully informed and restful. All investigations/procedures are fully explained by the dentists, Sima and Mahmud while nursing staff are respectful and discrete. I have noticed how many families are treated and children- especially with difficulties are treated very well.

i've been using this practice for a long time first time having a tooth out while awake, im very nervous and Manal was so good with me, she explained everything she was doing, she gave me time to compose myself inbetween injections all the time reassuring me, once it was numb i never felt a thing 10/10 job well done

My 16. Year old daughter recently attended for a tooth removal, she suffers from a fainting condition when in pain and when the dentist learnt this she was so lovely and reassuring. She gave my daughter time to take a breath between numbing injections and repeatedly checked she felt ok. Couldn’t of asked for a better service :))
