Such a lovely dental practice, have been coming here for over a decade and the service is incredible. Peter has been my dentist throughout, he’s helpful and kind, just what you want when going to the dentist. Shannon his assistant is really friendly and helpful. Reception staff are always lovely and friendly.

I feel very fortunate to have been accepted into The Smiles Studio as NHS Patients. Balpreet is super nice, very details in explaining the situation and give us choice. I had an urgent filing needs to be done, I was really lucky to have the appointment the next day and within that appointment, filling is done as she is so considerate and understand the urgency of prompt intervention to prevent the tooth from decaying further. I'm truly grateful to them. I'll recommend them without reserve, but you need to be really lucky to wait for them to open up NHS registration again, unless you go private with them, which is also an option. By the way, I rarely provide such complementary reviews unless they are truly exceptional. Well done, the Smile Studio Chandlers Ford! You are greatly valued.

I needed a check up and to see the hygienist, plus a couple of crowns to my front teeth after chipping them. I am so impressed with the treatment and care I had. Euan did a fantastic job, making sure my front crowns not only fitted perfectly but also looked good. Adriana the hygienist did a thorough job and gave me good advice about keeping my gums healthy. It's been almost 8 years with Lockswood Dental Practice for my family now. We found Dr Philip Jack a very experienced yet humble doctor. The dental services deserve five stars. Another thing which requires explicit mention is , Dr Jack is a very honest Doctor.

Dr Philip Jack - Brilliant, knowledgeable dentist & very 'gentle'. Never seems rushed & explains everything that's going on. He's done some complicated work for me & all has gone well. His guide price for implants seems reasonable too. I'd recommend him to friends.

They are the best. I am scared of visiting the dentist due to my bad anxiety. But the patience and professionalism from this team is above what I have ever seen. They listen to you and do their best to see that you have a good experience not that people like me (anxious) can ever have a good experience. I hate the dentist! However, the team at Basset Dental make you feel relaxed and welcome! They listen to your needs and provide practically pain free dentistry. I hadn't been to the dentist for a long time due to the lack of NHS spaces but came across these guys whilst visiting Upton's Butchers and found them to be friendly and helpful. I checked their prices and decided that they were cheaper than many other private practices so decided to give them a go. I had my first checkup and despite my teeth being a complete disaster was not made to feel bad about their poor state but instead, Dr Jinal who was very patient, gentle and considerate came up with a plan to get them back in good condition with an initial hygienist appointment and then moving on to the other repairs my teeth desperately need. All aspects of future work on my teeth was clearly explained with costed options, allowing me to choose what I could afford and what was essential. Nothing was forced down my throat and I never felt like they were trying cash in on the poor state of my teeth. I needed a filling in one of my wisdom tooth which required a couple of injections and some major drilling, it was basically pain free! I also needed an emergency appointment after an old filing broke and was seen the same day which is great service. The surgery is very clean and modern which adds to the overall feeling of a quality service.If you hate the dentist like I do then Basset Dental is the place for you! If you have nervous kids then I think they would feel very relaxed here too!

Now that my Invisalign and porcelain veneers treatment plan is completed, I just wanted to say thank you so much to Jinal and the team. I am absolutely thrilled with my new smile. I used to be embarrassed of the shape, colour and condition of my teeth such that I used to smile with my mouth closed! Now I feel so much more confident in myself. I’ve had so many positive comments from friends and family as to how natural my teeth look. My crown came out, and my NHS dentist was unable to help, so I visited the Bassett Dental& Aethetics near home just before Easter. Thank you to a friendly receptionist for booking me the second day appointment! I am so happy that Dr Patel was able put the crown back. Although it was temper repair as she explained, but it did help my eating a lot, and it is still solid. I very much appreciated her skills and knowledge!

After having a fall and banging myself up and chipping my tooth and then having an absolutely awful experience with an emergency dentist that left me shaken- I walked into here and from the moment I walked in the staff were incredible. The receptionist went above and beyond and so did the dentist, getting me an appointment to get my tooth fixed the next day. At the appointment I was made to feel so at ease, respected and calm and it was sorted so quickly! Genuinely grateful to every team member I saw. I will be a patient for life!

Amazing Service and Excellent Staff! I had to make an emergency appointment to have a tooth removed, and Romsey Dental Care were absolutely brilliant. They also sorted me out with a denture, and the whole process was handled with such professionalism and care. The staff were friendly, reassuring, and incredibly efficient. I used to be petrified of going to the dentist and didn't go for a very long time, but since coming here for the last few years, I don't dread it at all. The staff are all lovley and welcoming and they like to get to know you. I always feel relaxed in the chair, and they always let you know what they are doing. I wouldn't go anywhere else!.

Looking forward to seeing a dentist isn't my usual feeling but going to Hampshire Dentist is a very different experience. Firstly the reception team are friendly and efficient putting everyone at ease. My treatment was painfree and I also learned a lot from Dr Rob as he skillfully went about restoring a bridge. His knowledge and state of the art equipment is very impressive. More visits will be needed and I can honestly say I look forward to seeing Dr Rob and his colleagues again.

Having some excellent on-going treatment with Dr Robin, which consists of Invisalign followed by some added extras at the end. So far, I think he is an amazing dentist; incredibly precise and so gentle. I trust his work and would also go to him if I needed any major dentistry as he prides himself on being pain-free. I can’t rate this dental surgery high enough. They are exceptional in what they do. The staff are fantastic, always jolly and always ready to help with appointments etc. The dentists and hygienists use all the latest equipment and are extremely knowledgeable about their profession and the new technology that is available for them to use. I joined the practice when I learnt that Alastaire who had been my previous dentist had taken up a position with the team. Alastaire is a true caring professional which is reflected in his attention to detail when providing treatment. I was also pleased to see Sarah who I had previously known was assisting Alastaire along with Glenda who was one of the reception team was there supporting patients needs. In addition, I was introduced to hygienist Clare who again shows her extensive experience in the field.

The reception area is tastefully decorated and comfortable and the receptionist is very friendly and efficient. The clinical staff are also very friendly, polite and professional. I recently had an extraction and a filling. Both procedures were totally painless and I was treated with kindness. Sualeh Khan is a very skilled dentist and Anna is a brilliant hygienist The practice boasts 'state of the art' equipment including :- 3D printing of crowns and a new CT scanner. Going to the dentist is not something to fear.

Just come back from the first part of my implant treatment with Sualeh, assisted by Rachael. They were both extremely reassuring and made me feel like they cared about my comfort and wellbeing. Nobody wants to have to undergo dental treatment, but when you do it’s really important to find a practice that you trust. For me, that’s Clover Dental. From Courtney on reception, Anna the hygienist and all the rest of the team, the staff are great, warm and friendly. I highly recommend the Practice.

I had to change dentists a few years ago when my dentist retired and recommended Clover Dental to me. I have not regretted the move. Parking is easy, the reception area is bright and welcoming and all the staff are friendly and good at their jobs. They also have a lot of modern equipment which helps them provide an even better service.

I attended the practice on 28 march 2025 to have molar roots extracted as well as other dental work which was carried out by Dr Lister. I was nervous, but Dr Lister quickly put me at my ease, and we listened to some relaxing music the whole time. His work was seamless and he was very competent as he worked through the whole procedure. Throughout the process I didn't have any pain, even having the aesthetic was painless, so many thanks to Dr Lister for doing an excellent job and being so understanding I attended the practice yesterday 28/05/2025 to have the permanent crowns fitted, the work was carried out by Dr Lister who was very professional as always and he explained the procedure to me as he carried out the treatment. I am very pleased with the results, the crowns feel very comfortable and they blend in with the rest of my teeth beautifully. Charlie is an excellent dentist.
