A very friendly welcome from all as usual. Standard of care was exemplary again as usual. Noel worked his magic with my fears and his dental nurse (forgive me for temporarily forgetting your name) made me very comfortable. They were truly stars, thankyou.

I have had a fear of dentists for many years and was always putting off booking an appointment, that was until 2 months ago when my tooth ache was soo bad that I had no choice really but to get it checked out. I wasn't registered with a dentist at the time and so I read reviews and rang up dental concepts and managed to get an emergency appointment that day! Now I was very anxious and apprehensive about going but as soon as I arrived my mind was put at ease! The receptionist a lovely lady called Tracy greeted me with a lovely friendly smile and reassured me straight away! The dentist I was seeing was Abbin John and I can hand on heart say that I literally no longer have a fear of dentists. Ive been 3 times now as I have needed some fillings and Abbin is so kind and patient with me and reassured me every step of the way, he will stop if I need a little break and then resume when I am ready! If anyone like me has a fear of dentists then please get yourself booked in here! Everyone really is so very lovely ! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you xx

They are the best. I am scared of visiting the dentist due to my bad anxiety. But the patience and professionalism from this team is above what I have ever seen. They listen to you and do their best to see that you have a good experience not that people like me (anxious) can ever have a good experience. I give them five stars 🌟 because every time, they have taken good care of me.

Very good dental practice would 100% recommend. Very calming atmosphere especially if you don’t like going to the.dentist. All the staff were very nice and the dentist explained all steps of the treatment plan. Very pleased with the final results. Thank you for everything

Feels very calm and relaxed. All treatment options and procedures are explained in full detail. The equipment is state of the art. I feel very confident in the dentist’s skills and have 100% trust in having an excellent outcome. I would highly recommend the dentist and practise.
