I've been going to the practice for a few years now and can say that since the change over the customer experience has improved the staff are super friendly and make you feel very comfortable. I've recently used a whitening treatment and am very happy with the results.

As an extremely nervous and scared patient who hasnt been to a dentist for a while, the staff and dentists are brillIant. The treatment I needed was long and they kept me so calm and comfortable so I was able to have the full procedure done. Although still extremely nervous, it has now made me feel more at ease to keep going and keep up following treatment.

I have used this Dental practice for over 20 years. The change of ownership has been seamless. I have recently had to have a couple of emergency appointments and a string of treatments which have been dealt with exceptional care and attention. Both ladies are exceptional and I highly recommend.

My daughter recently had an accident and chipped her two front teeth, the team at Southside Dental Practice were fantastic and were able to fix her smile again. This is an amazing dentist, both in customer service and their standard of care. I am absolutely petrified of dentists, and after my second time I am becoming less scared. The first time I went he knew I was scared so was as minimally invasive as he could possibly be, and despite having my first filling I felt I could trust the dentists skills and experience and the process was painless. The receptionist is very welcoming and kind, and so are the nurses. The atmosphere of the place is just lovely! I recommend this dentist to everyone, especially people those who are scared dentist/dental work.
