Hadn't been to a dentist or hygienist for about 8 years, barely ever brush my teeth (gross), drink copious amount of energy drink and smoke about 40 cigarettes a day. After seeing the dentist I was amazed I didn't need any fillings. Seeing as I'm trying to care about myself again, I went to the hygienist today and my teeth turned from a horribly stained vivid yellow to basically white, even removing some brace cement from over 12 years ago, ontop of that Jo and Zoe were truly lovely. Attended yesterday for an emergency appointment and was very impressed with the service I received! The receptionists Megan and Karen were friendly and helpful and Aleks and Diana were kind and professional. I loved coming here for my appointment and will happily return! Can’t recommend them enough!

Dental confidence is a fantastic practice in all areas. Warmly welcomed and served by Karen on reception, followed by hygienist treatment with Grant who was friendly and professional. My Dentist was Aleksandra who was also very friendly and helped me relax whilst having two fillings done. The dental nurses were fantastic too, especially ensuring I was comfortable and not in pain throughout the procedure. All in all I would highly recommend this practice.

For anyone hesitating or extremely nervous about having implants, do not hesitate to put your trust and confidence in Peter Sanders. He is absolutely brilliant. I have had my 2 front teeth replaced and the whole process was fantastic, the end result superb! Am so happy. We joined Oliver’s Battery dental surgery at the beginning of the year and we cannot fault their practice at all. They have shown so much care and patience towards my two children. My son who once was anxious of our previous dentist now looks forward to seeing his dentist and says ‘I love my dentist!’. Even when my son had an emergency appointment regarding his teeth after an accident, they provided him with so much care and comfort. Also, not forgetting the amazing ladies on the reception who are so supportive, helpful and kind. I cannot recommend this dental surgery enough!

Such a lovely friendly practice. I’m a nervous patient and everyone goes the extra mile to make every interaction kind and caring. Special mention for Kylie on reception who has a lovely warm manner and is polite and professional. So glad my family are all patients at this practice.

I am very nervous about attending the dentist but in just 3 visits Vanessa Mata who is now my dentist has taken me from a crying wreck in her chair on the first visit to being able to have 4 fillings in a visit with no stress or worries at all, she's an absolute miracle worker , first time in years I've not worried about attending the dentist. The reception staff at this practice are always welcoming and helpful, particularly when an emergency arises. The hygienist, dentists and nurses are gentle and very thorough. I think Dr Mohammad is particularly good as last year he extracted a bad tooth and just recently carried out a root canal filling for me. In both cases he showed great skill and made sure I felt no pain whatsoever. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough!

Treatment is good. Communication less so. For instance, I'm in the middle of treatment to have a crown fitted. It takes a number of appointments. It would be good to be told at the beginning, "There will be X appointments; the first will do Y and will take Z minutes; the second will do A and will take B minutes, etc." Otherwise when you have to take time off work, you don't know when you'll be back. There can be a big difference between a 10 minute appointment that happens on time and a 30 minute appointment that starts 15 minutes late (as mine did). Yesterday the dentist asked me if I wanted "numbing", but hadn't explained what he was going to do and I had to ask in order to make an informed decision. Also I'd booked for 08:30. They are very good at sending reminders, but when I checked the latest I saw that it was now for 08:40. There had been no direct communication that the time had changed, nor anyone asking whether that was still convenient.

Recep always takes the time to talk to me and listen to me about the condition of my teeth and what options I have. He is friendly and very pleasant and makes me feel relaxed. Damira are open late weekday evenings and also open weekends. This works really well for me around my job and commute.

Amazing practice. Patient personal attitude with a smile. Very flexible approach with my 4 year old daughter meant we succeeded with having her tooth fixed. Very happy with the service. Thank you
