Jamie and Mark did a fantastic job fitting our kitchen for a great price. Two of the friendliest guys you'll meet, would recommend to anybody!

Two great lads. They did a fantastic job on our kitchen despite all the challenges that were thrown at them. Probably the most challenging kitchen renovation they have ever had to deal with. Whenever we were worried about anything, Jamie and Mark put us at ease. I highly recommend using these guys.

We have had ChristelBall Joinery to do quite a bit of work for us at our house since we moved and we can't speak highly enough of them. The quality of their craftsmanship is excellent and the price was very good. Friendly service,clean,tidy & always turn up on time. In the kitchen we had them fit our engineered oak flooring,tri-fold oak doors,cottage style oak pantry door,new skirting and architrave,stud work with over boarding to create 2nd level ceiling for the extension and finally fitting the new kitchen including solid oak work tops. They were also able to make us matching solid oak window sills to match the worktops. We think it looks great and have had so many positive comments on it from friends and neighbours. Since then they have been back again to build our chimney breast TV unit/wall,fitted units with oak tops in the alcoves either side and an oak shelf under the TV for our soundbar. New skirting all round and a second oak cottage style door with matching oak window sill was also fitted. They've really helped us realise what we wanted to do with the downstairs of our house and we can't recommend them highly enough. It looks better than we ever could have hoped for. Later this year we will be starting upstairs and will 100% be using ChristelBall joinery for our wardrobes and any other joinery work we need.

Mark and Jamie did a fantastic job on our new Kitchen. They were very good at trouble shooting problems we had with our property in order to get the best outcome for us. Would not hesitate recommending or using Christelball Joinery in the future.

We found it difficult to find someone to carry out a repair to our floor, but Dean was happy to take on the job. He was very polite and knowledgeable and explained to us clearly all the possible solutions. He was also punctual and finished the job on time. He even put the underlay and carpet back down properly and was very tidy. The defect was completely remedied and we couldn't be happier with the results. The thing we liked most about Dean was that he took pride in his work and didn't cut corners. We will definitely be calling on his services again for other jobs and can't recommend him highly enough.

A definite 5 stars for this trader. From our first communication we were impressed. Dean replied promptly, arranging a visit to view the potential work. He was punctual, discussed in great detail his ideas of solutions for the job. He then provided a very detailed, clearly laid out estimate: costings, itinerary of timescales etc. He arrived promptly each day, was polite and courteous, communicated well as work progressed, giving ideas and options and keen to show how he was progressing at all stages. We felt very much involved. His attention to detail and pride in his work are obvious, increasingly rare these days. We wish we had met Dean years ago and have no hesitation in recommending him to others for both his very high standards and craftsmanship, but also his personable nature. Dean , recently, end of January 2025 , removed part of my kitchen units. Where there was an intergrated fridge freezer, which was broken. Dean made good the area , to fit a freestanding fridge freezer with his joinery skills and decorating ' painting ' . Highly delighted and would recommend Dean to friends and family.

Dean recently fitted vinyl flooring to 3 rooms and a landing in our property. The work was completed quickly and to an excellent standard, Dean is a real perfectionist! Always punctual and great communication throughout. Really easy and nice to deal with. Would definitely use Dean again when we need any further work done and would recommend to a friend!

We wanted a bespoke banquette for our dining area and Adam did an amazing job of designing, building and fitting it. He worked with us to put the design together but put his own unIque spin into the details of the banquette. He is very skilled at what he does and we are very happy with the final piece.

Amazing work on our full wall fitted shelves from start to finish, Adam helped us with design and did all the hard work on this great build and installation. We're so happy with the results. The detail such as the soft close doors and the moveable shelves as well as the lights make all the difference. Already thinking about our next Boy on Branch project. Would recommend.

I wanted to replace my modern UPVC door with one more in keeping with my house. Adam helped me find an original door in the right size, then cut it to fit, sorted out locks and door furniture, made a frame and installed it for me. It's perfect and I couldn't be more thrilled. He's a joy to have around.

We had a custom shelving unit and coffee table made, as we loved the pieces we’d seen on instagram and really liked the idea of using reclaimed wood. Great communication the whole way through, and beautiful furniture! So happy with everything, would highly recommend.

We could not be any happier with the service and products (bespoke bench tops and fitting) from Carl. After being let down badly by another firm Carl came in a rectified a bad situation with professionalism, speed and high quality. We've been struggling off and on for a few years with coving that runs above some shelving either side of a chimney breast and eventually one section fell off completely. So we decided we had to resolve this once and for all, we'd seen some potential options online and started looking around for a suitable trade person to solve this problem. We eventually found Carl at Cookridge Carpentry and his response was prompt and positive. Following a couple of 'false starts' we finally hit on a solution that we could proceed with when he provided a rough dummy. Carl turned up when he said he would and grafted really hard to make sure we reached the result we were looking for. His work was very clean and tidy with little mess, which was surprising. He also spent plenty of time cleaning up after himself on both days. Both local and quality result... winner! We would have no hesitation in recommending Cookridge Carpentry for appropriate work, very professional throughout.

Dan did such a fantastic job in our lounge, building us 2 beautiful alcove cupboards, 4 floating shelves and a superb fireplace surround and mantelpiece all in solid oak. We were so impressed that we also got him to make a bespoke unit for our vinyl and turntable.. Throughout the whole process, including navigating the covid lockdown, Dan gave us great ideas and guidance but really listened to what we wanted. He turned up when he said he would. He finished on time and was very competitively and fairly priced. Dan is also just a very nice guy who you feel confident about leaving in your house. Jake replaced our old inner window boards that had become extremely water damaged as well as adding new framework. He advised us on the best options and our windows now look amazing again! I was surprised at how quickly the work was done! Extremely quick and efficient but making sure the work is complete to the highest standard! A massive THANKYOU to Alex for his incredible work transforming our living room. Going from a place we had absolutely fallen out of love with and outgrown having a young child and no storage he has given us back a living space we can all enjoy. From family movie nights, a cosy room we are proud of and enough floor space to keep up with our little boys never ending conveyor belt of toys. He gave us expert advice and ideas we hadn’t even thought of. We could not recommend him enough! He is so knowledgable and nothing is too much trouble for him. Alex fitted our internal doors which have totally transformed the inside of our house. He was great from start to finish in terms of talking through options and giving suggestions. Alex did a lot of bespoke work in my kitchen - fitting units and a mantel, building bespoke cupboards and making doors to match some elsewhere. He even helped me to match up handles from elsewhere too. He’s a super guy, super friendly and professional and happy to go above and beyond for customers. Couldn’t recommend more.

Chris fitted a new wardrobe with drawers into the room, replacing an old in built wardrobe. I asked for wardrobes that were flush to the existent wall and a minimalist look and the result is exactly what I invisioned. The measurements are perfect and the wardrobes blend in with the wall from the side view. The doors and drawers are fitted with magnetic push to open locks that give a smooth finish. Chris gave excellent communication and kept to schedule, as planned. I would recommed to anyone wanting a custom design and skilled craftmen ship.

Had a bespoke living room cabinet made. Saf came and took the measurements and made recommendations that were better than our original idea. Really happy with the service and the cabinet is now pride of place in our home!
