We wanted custom made bookcases in our alcoves in our living room. We had many quotes in January 23, we settled on a company. Unfortunately they let us down 3 times. At this point we were stressed due the other company taking a large deposit and taking a while to return it. So we decided to find someone else .In August we searched for new quotes from companies. George contacted us straight away. He knew exactly what we were after and designed it. Answered all of my many question. He said as our project would take only 1-2 days he would try and squeeze us in as we had been waiting so long. He got us in for only a few weeks later which was incredibly kind as the delay was no fault of his. He worked incredibly hard asking if I was happy as he was doing the project, he took input if i had ideas along the way. The quality is amazing. Its exactly what we wanted. George is so hard working, we will be using him again for our other project in the house. He very reasonably priced which is an added bonus. I Highley recommend George and his company. Nothing is too much trouble. P.s the painting done was by me and my husband. So if doesn't look professional that's why 😊 Thank you again George.

George and Team at Sapphire Carpentry and Building Ltd were amazing. They carried out the assembly of my media wall with minimal fuss and absolutely perfectly finishing ahead of time. They also completed another bigger project involving a garage conversion into an 2nd living room/ home office and designed it to perfection. From start to finish they were efficient and never compromised quality in what they did, the standards are very high and anyone who comes around to see our place comments on the finishing and quality. Their dedication, care and determination to get the job right was so refreshing to see and I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family as well as calling them again for future jobs.

From making the call for a quote, to George coming around to the house, offering his knowledge of what might look best for a media wall in our lounge, I felt very comfortable I had made the correct choice hiring Sapphire Carpentry and building, clear communication throughout the build, team arrived on time everyday very clean and tidy they even accommodated extra work with no fuss, very impressed with the company.
