A 6 month project to demolish a large part of the property and rebuild with creation of 2 x extensions. Complete landscaping of garden and patio with front drive also landscaped. All aspects of building undertaken - demolition, foundation creation, build, new plumbing and electrics, roof, rendering and redecoration with installation of underfloor heating. Andy has project managed the whole process, keeping to cost estimates and timelines. All the employees at 3 Lance have been highly skilled and courteous and tidy.
