BM carpentry and building carried out our loft conversion and we really couldn’t be happier. The entire project - from initial conversations - until the final completion was so professional and the end result is perfect. Brett communicated clearly with us at each step and was very patient when explaining what needed to be done at each stage and what we should expect. We felt Brett really cared about our views and whether we were happy and he was fully committed to completing in the time frame he had laid out for us. We had great trust in Brett and his team and have used the company a few times for building or carpentry work and are planning on using them again.

Brett built a bespoke pottery studio for us and we are really pleased. It was a slightly awkward space but he understood what we wanted and gave us the best design and quote. His workmanship is a great standard and he was accommodating when we made changes along the way. Neat and tidy, helpful and professional. Definitely recommend

BM Carpentry and Building did some work do or me recently (Sept 2023) at my house, to repair and replace some rotten woodwork around my French door and adjacent windows. Brett and Wes did a great job. They came out and discussed it in detail with me first, then subsequently came out and completed the job in a single day. The work done was of good quality, at a fair price and they left things clean and tidy. I had used their services previously once before, a couple of years ago on a bigger job when I was having my house re-roofed and had the same very positive experience then. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BM Carpentry and Building!

Brett and Wes recently completed an extension on our home. They were precessional, reliable and extremely trustworthy. It was a pleasure to have them working in our home. The quality of their work is always to an exceptionally high standard. They made the whole renovation process stress free for us. A few friends of ours recommended Bassett Carpentry for our kitchen extension. We couldn’t be happier with the work and would recommend them to anyone else. Our extension was not straight forward but Andy & Pete were so easy to deal with. They were honest and upfront with costs, and kept to the agreed price plans. Updating my review following a second job completed by Pete and Andy - excellent job again, and can thoroughly recommend - the work that they do is of the highest quality, but they are also very good post-completion at coming back for any snagging - have always felt everything is well communicated and have stuck to quoted prices. No hesitation in recommending and would certainly use them again.

Andy and Pete, with Nick and Graham, carried out our loft conversion this year and we are so happy with their work. What we liked best was their time-keeping (they ran exactly to schedule) and costing (they ran exactly to quote, except for some extras that we requested). As important was their pleasantness in working with. They are very courteous, great communication, and any problems were listened to carefully and a sensible solution found. Our project was quite large (dormer L-shape loft conversion, complete reroof, chimney repoint, 2 new bathrooms and fitted cupboards and wardrobes). Their workmanship is of a very high standard and we strongly recommend them.

Well it’s been nearly a year since Pete and Andy and the team took on my loft conversion. I can say that their professionalism, skill and just hard work finished my project on time to the day !!! From start to finish, Aaron and Nick did the most amazing job replacing our staircase. With an eye for detail, it was reassuring to know that a challenging project was in safe hands. Punctual and reliable, they left the house spotlessly clean every day. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I've recently had two sets of built-in wardrobes done by Aaron (AJ), and he has been excellent from capturing my requirements to delivering the final product. AJ kept me posted with timelines, prices, materials and more and has never once declined a phone call from me asking yet another stupid question! The final product was absolutely fantastic and I am very glad I went with him after receiving another competitive quote. I will absolutely be using him again and referring him to friends and family to utilise his services.

Aaron did a brilliant job of replacing our old internal doors. He was a pleasure to deal with, thoroughly professional and helpful, and his work was faultless. We are delighted with our new doors, which are much commented on by friends and family, and we'd have no problem recommending his work or using him again in the future.

Stephen has been a real pleasure to work with: responsive, friendly, clean & tidy, helpful and accommodating. This alone makes him stand out from the crowd and makes the whole process low stress. However, when you add to this his great craftsmanship, good ideas, resourcefulness and prices, I can't see why you would ever want to chose anyone else. We'll be getting him back that's for sure, and would not hesitate to recommend him. [We had a door hung and some new doors built for eaves cupboards]

Stephen did a fantastic job helping us plan cupboards and shelves in our spare room and living room. He was extremely pleasant and easy to deal with, kept all his promises on dates and the quality of his work was first-class. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

The work Stephen carried out for us was excellent. He designed, built and fitted storage cupboards and shelving for our cottage attic, the project was complex, because he had to conform to the irregular floor, wall and beam angles He also designed some storage units and shelving for our small bathroom. Stephen was punctual, focused, organized and accurate with his estimates, He included us in the decision making and design process. He payed attention to every detail and completed the work on time and budget. We thought the way he works and the execution of the the projects was exemplary

We commissioned Stephen to build and install two fitted wardrobes in our attic bedroom. He provided drawings and images to show the initial ideas, and made suggestions on how to best use the space, updating drawing to provide the final designs. The final result looks fantastic - and we are both very pleased with them. It is clear he is dedicated to providing a quality product with real attention to detail. Stephen has been a pleasure to deal with, and we would thoroughly recommend SPB Carpentry and Joinery for any carpentry jobs, especially his bespoke furniture work.

AJC Came to the rescue of Hartley Wintney Scouts after a break in at the Scout hut damaged the front doors beyond repair. They came out the same day to assess the damage then very generously came back and fitted us a new set of fire doors. There service is excellent and the standard of work top notch.

I wanted to utilise the space under the stairs better than the old fashioned cupboard that was put in place when the house was originally built. Ben listened to what I wanted and advised me how best to achieve this. He and Elliott have arrived on time in the mornings, they advised me of each step and communicated well with me. At the end of each day they cleaned the area where they were working prior to leaving and once the job was finished took everything away. I am really very pleased with the end result, the quality of the work is excellent and it is better than I expected. I would strongly recommend Ben and Elliot to anybody looking for carpentry work.

Could not recommend Ben highly enough! He has recently done a fair bit of work for us including transforming our banister, building bespoke under stairs storage, moving a doorway and building a little cupboard to house our fuse box. Everything Ben does is to the highest standard. Nothing is too much trouble and he completely understood my vision and brought it to life! He is also a pleasure to have around, my Labrador has gone into a deep depression because he misses his buddy. We employed Ben to install new ceiling joists under a pyramid roof, including insulation board, air barrier and plasterboard finish in our Grade II listed home. The quality of his workmanship is excellent. Ben is conscientious, punctual, clean and tidy and we can't recommend him highly enough. We will definitely be using Jordan Carpentry for any further projects.

I’ve had Dan work on 3 separate carpentry projects, all of which he has completed beautifully. Each one was bespoke to a design that mostly existed in my head. Given the age and lack of right angles and level ceilings and floors, he’s had had to work miracles. I can’t rate him highly enough.

Excellent craftsmanship! Dan at Wills & Co exceeded our expectations in designing our bespoke living room shaker style alcove cabinets and floating shelving tailored to our requirements. Dan was able to firstly lay the new golden smoked oak wood flooring finished with beading running along the skirting boards which compliments our new column radiator & newly fitted plantation shutters. We wouldn't hesitate to use Will's & Co again again and we've already booked future work for our hallway to match. The quality of work carried out here speaks volumes added by all the complements we've had from guests visiting recently. 10/10

Dan custom built us storage under our bathroom sinks, a window seat with storage, a beautiful fitted wardrobe in an alcove in our bedroom,added extra shelving and added shelves in our kitchen cupboards.He designed us what we wanted and we had detailed drawings. He kept us informed every step of the way.He is a very tidy worker and every evening left the place tidy.Dan takes huge pride in his work as the finished products show.I can highly recommend Dan and we will definitely use him in the future for any other projects.
