Mark has been a breath of fresh air to work with. Arrived as promised and his eye for detail is amazing. He has completed the stairs to a fantastic level of we couldnt be happier. We would definitely ask him to quote if we need any further work in the future.

Booked Mark to fit 4 internal doors after he did such a great job fitting a kitchen worktop for us. Mark arrived on the day agreed, on time. Measured the individual frames (all different sizes!), removed the old doors, cut the doors to size, fitted the door handles & added an additional hinge for each door. During his visit, Mark was friendly, professional & tidied up after he'd finished the job. He cut the old doors in half to make it easier for me to dispose of them. And he took away some wood that needed to be edged / bevelled as he didn't have the tools woth him and returned it a couple of days later which I will be making into a table. New doors look great (still need to be painted though) & fit perfectly. Another great job by Mark. Again, woud happily recommend Mark for your woodwork needs. Thanks Mark.

Mark came and refurbished our banister. When he came to assess the job he discussed style and materials with us to ensure he knew what we envisaged for our home. We agreed a date for the work. He let us know traffic was making him a few minutes late arriving. He coped magnificently with the uneven wall and woodwork which the house builder had left us. The resulting job looks very good. He put down covers and cleaned up after working. We would definitely recommend Mark.

Mark came to refurb our staircase and has done an excellent job! Took care and tried to work us as we have toddler who naps. Explained the job as he went along and cleaned up along the way. I would highly recommend Mark!

Marcus and his team did a brilliant job for us. He spent hours and hours with us during the design process helping us develop ideas and giving us computer generated images for all the potential options we were considering. He never complained when we changed our minds (which was many times!) and the quality of his work has been really excellent. He did all the ordering and coordinated with the work surface company which saved us a lot of time and hassle. He worked to our ever changing timescale with amazing flexibility and his after sales service has been excellent in making the minor adjustments that are always needed as a kitchen beds in. He came in on budget with no 'hidden extras' and all in all we have been really pleased with the whole project. Highly recommend

We contracted Ian and his team to take down a supporting wall in the existing kitchen and fit a new kitchen. Ian and his team were great to work with, managed the project efficiently with great communication and the work was done to a very high standard and on time. A lot of care was taken working around us. We are very happy with the results and have no hesitation in recommending.

Ian and Harry put a 3m extension on our kitchen and knocked down an internal wall to make it open plan with our living room. They then fitted a new kitchen for us and new flooring. We couldn’t have asked for more from them. They’re a great pair of guys. From the start of the project it was clear that they were very experienced in their trade, so we never worried about the quality of their work, but they were also a pleasure to have around our house for a few months. They did everything they reasonably could to minimise mess and make it possible for us to continue a family life. In addition they were very ably assisted by Ian’s wife, Lindsay, who sorts the administrative side of things. Spending a lot of money on home improvements is a daunting undertaking and you want to ensure you’re getting the right people, and we certainly did with these three. We feel lucky to have found them. Highly recommended.

Bespoke built in wardrobe 5* Recently moved house and our bedroom was only suitable for a bespoke built in wardrobe due to its odd shape. We contacted several large companies who really couldn’t get to grips with our bespoke idea & wanted us to change our minds! We were recommended James via word of mouth as he was local and we got him round to have a look. He was very good with explaining how things would go and expertly measured up. He listened to what we wanted, added his own ideas and advice but nothing was a problem and he designed & quoted exactly what we asked for. His prices were competitive and he ensured we had a final price with no hidden extras or surprises. James used quality materials and discussed all fittings and fixtures with us before purchase. The finish of the wardrobe is outstanding, little details such as the edging on the doors really makes his work special. He turned up daily on time. Worked in all weather conditions, was incredibly polite, friendly and probably the cleanest tradesman we have used. We 100% will be using James again in the near future when replacing our kitchen!

I asked James to build me a bookcase and I have been blown away with James’s professionalism, attention to detail, communication and care. He completely understood what I was looking for and suggested oak, which is absolutely perfect in the setting. His timeframe was realistic, he was flexible and his time keeping spot on. He shared his passion for his craft, all of which I was able to follow on Instagram, seeing the whole thing coming together in his workshop before it was expertly fitted in my home. James made a new sash window, window frame and ledge for us. He kept us informed of progress at all times. From his photos it was good to see our window taking shape. On installation it fitted perfectly and we are extremely pleased with the end result. Well done James. We will certainly use him again and would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Rob did a great job in replacing and fitting 14 new oak finish doors and all the fixtures and fittings for our house. Very professional and just got on with the job. Never a particularly tidy job but he kept it as clean and tidy as he could and vacuumed the areas indoors at end of day. Added bonus of taking away all the old doors. Would certainly recommend Rob for door fitting and we’re certainly happy with the end result.

NEW Kitchen worktop install! Harrison was excellent from start to finish, he gave us an initial quote from measurements we sent to him, he then came to our home to take final measurements before ordering all of the materials. He was super flexible when we were required to move dates due to re plastering our kitchen. His communication was excellent, phone, email , WhatsApp, how ever we communicated he was always quick to respond. We are super happy with the level of work and professionalism. The new oak worktops installed by Harrison have completely transformed our kitchen!

Harrison always arrived on time whilst doing all the jobs around my house in Hythe. He gave me a quote for the jobs I needed doing as I asked and broke everything down for me. If he was running a bit behind schedule he would call me to let me know if he got stuck in heavy traffic on route to me, which was really good of him. The under stairs cupboard he made to measure and fitted was of the highest quality and we were very pleased with all of his work. Harrison would also advise me if he thought something that I needed doing would be better another way which was also really good of him. He also fitted a number of floating shelves for me. Made and fitted some bedroom shelves in a cupboard along with some airing cupboard shelves. Refitted and hung 5 internal doors. 2 with new door handles. Hung a new folding door. Made to measure bedroom cupboard hiding a stair case which is just perfect. Hung some mirrors for me and also put up our 75 inch TV on the wall with wall brackets. Made sure the TV was in the centre of the wall nice and level to the eyes. ALL the work he did for us we were really pleased with. Always put down dust sheets and cleared and cleaned up when he finished. I will be using Harrison again for some more jobs in my parents home I have already told him this. I would not hesitate passing on and SHOWING OF all the work he has done for us to anyone. I have also told Harrison that if anyone wants to show the work he has done to any of his customers he is more then welcome to bring them along. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Hired HB Carpentry to build/bring together a media wall and fit skirting boards. Harrison and the team were so professional from start to finish. Having just completed an extension project, I’ve been dealing with lots of tradesmen and most of them lacked customer service! This company didn’t and it was so refreshing - it made such a difference. They were on time, communication was great and Harrison went above and beyond to complete the job to an exceptional standard. Would definitely recommend!! Beyond happy with the jobs!!
