We first used Hazeldine construction in 2019 to convert a garage into a family room. The team did a great job ,so when we wanted an extension built two years later Andy and Sam were the first people we asked. They were great. They always turn up when they say they will, do beautiful work, offer advice when needed and all at sensible prices. Our neighbours all commented not only on the lovely job they did, but also on how considerate and tidy the team were.
They are also genuinely nice people, which is important when they may be spending a lot of time around your home. We highly recommend Hazeldine construction for all your building needs and shall definitely be using them in the future.

We appointed the Hazeldines to do a major loft conversion coupled with a rear extension on a period property, following a recommendation from family. They did a fantastic job and were a pleasure to deal with throughout.

Andy was clear and transparent about process, timing and pricing, and we thought Sam, Max and the rest of the team did excellent work and were great to have around (we were living in the property for most of the project).

We are delighted with the results and, in particular, the small touches and attention to detail (e.g. matching old and new brick types throughout and the tiles used on the exterior of the loft extension) which we think set their work apart from other proposals we saw.

We'll be having them back to do some further work on the front of the property next year and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Andy & his team built our 4m single story extension & dormer conversion. His quote was competitive and his lads were an absolute pleasure to be around from start to finish. We had a single storey extension added to the back of the property done by Hazeldines. The quote was competitive & was completed both on budget & exactly within the timescale given at the outset. The lads were always polite & communicated well, so we knew in advance what to expect & when. Having had similar work done previously on another property, we knew how stressful this can be but felt that everything was done to minimise the stress. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We had a semi converted attic which was done when we bought the house but it was not really usable. No proper window, insulation or heating and the shape was like a triangle so you could not really walk around. We decided to extend it so it became a functional room and Hazeldine made an absolutely fantastic job of it. The team was always on time, hard working, polite and friendly. They got on with the job and had a great eye for detail and ensuring the final touches were well done. They stuck to the timings and provided regular updates and feedback on what would happen next e.g plumber and electrician visit, drop off material required. The whole team was a dream to have around and despite the difficult winter weather, they completed the job within the timescales. They always left the working area clean and no mess behind. I would most certainly recommend Hazeldine for construction work and would be very happy appointing them as our contractor again if we ever had any more construction work done. We are extremely pleased with their work and they did the whole job within the budget apart of course any extra things we asked. A great company to work with. :-)
