I contacted Ashton Electrics after my mum's washing machine got stuck on a washing cycle. Th gentleman was so helpful and told me he would do his best to visit at the end of the working day, if not he would give me a time for the following day. He arrived as his last call after 5pm and I was so grateful. He fixed the machine with no fuss, was very polite and interesting to talk to. I'm so sorry I don't have his name as he had already introduced himself to my sister before I arrived but I'd like to thank him. I thoroughly recommend this company.
Excellent service. Response time was quick, assessed the issue and ordered the part required. Returned a couple of days later to fix the issue and was extremely well priced. Will definitely use again!
Came roun̈d to look at my washer in the evening . Really nice guy very knowledgeable. Had it fixed in no time reasonable price too. Definitely use again and will pass number on if any of my friends need repeats
Great experience dealing with Martin. Listened to my issue over the phone, suggested a couple of probable causes and gave me a timeframe for when he could come and assess the fault in person. Provided a fix in a short time and charged a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.
