I’ve been working with PHD Mechanical for the last 10months or so and have found them a great company to work with. Very professional, quick and efficient, looking out for the wellbeing of the client. Particular mention to Charlotte who has been fantastic. Professional, friendly and always available, quick to reply as well as taking urgent job requests and facilitating the works getting completed as well as the follow ups. Also to mention the brilliant engineers Blake and Chris who have come out countless times and make themselves available to assist us and conduct urgent works at our building, professional, and always looking to resolve an issue fully and deal with it in its entirety. Great guys and well organised!

Huge thanks to Chris! Our flat service hired PHD Mechanical for gas safty check, and we were very lucky to have Chris come by. By chance we mentioned our issue on one floor that hadn’t been fixed for 1.5years, despite several visits from other engineers. Chris quickly identified the problem and explained which parts need replacing so we can report it to the flat service team. A massive thank you for his expertise and clear advice!

Nick and Sam from PHD were super helpful with fixing my booster shower pump. It had become complicated due to challenging underlying plumbing and Nick was very patient and persistent in checking out everything and getting the work done in one visit. Since it was close to holidays, if it wasn't fixed, would have had very low pressure in the shower for weeks, so glad he made it happen! Sam , from the office , was also very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the booking process, and moved up my appointment as soon as she had an opening. Overall very positive experience.
