Ross built us a bespoke bookshelf / desk / cat run, which we are delighted with (although the cats still ignore). He assisted with the design, sourced the materials, keeping us informed of costs at all stages. He turned up when agreed and finished ahead of time, which is rare with people who are charging per hour. We will be commissioning him again for future carpentry work.

Ross is a pleasure to work with, and most importantly he is SO GOOD! Efficient, solution-finding, very thorough in his approach. My project wasn’t straightforward as it was a custom build mostly living in my head, but he made sure to listen carefully and check with me every step of the way, always bringing his expertise to enhance the result or make it more practical.
